I have the same Godox octo. It was really love/hate until I got a boom light stand, now it's one of my favourite mods. The boom makes all the difference in the world for its versatility.
It's interesting that you don't use the bare bulb in that particular softbox. Looks like a 4' softbox. I do like what you seem to be able to do with just that AD200 Pro.

thats the biggest downsides with that style of umbrella softbox... the light pole gap in the material prevents you from tilting softbox down. There are some mods you can do to help this, but would be better if they addressed this in manufacturing
Never truly understood the American/Canadian reliance on wedding planners - surely people can't be that lazy that they need someone to organise their own wedding ? - or are they ?. In the UK, with the exception of ya's with more money than brain cells - there are no such thing as wedding planners, and most couples happily organise and plan their own wedding. I'm so glad I live/work here in the UK rather than across the pond - as a photographer's life there seems to be so much more complex than it need be.
Some people don’t want to make their wedding a job and would rather hire someone to help out. A good wedding planner can plan a wedding in an afternoon while it would take a couple weeks of figuring it out themselves, and hoping they didn’t forget anything. Day of planners are also nice so the couple doesn’t have to deal with anything that goes wrong and problem solve. They just get to live their day. I don’t know what the official math is, but I suspect weddings are generally a bit more expensive here as well. I’d say average cost of my weddings is somewhere in the $50-75,000 range these days, and has been going up a bit every year since I started in 2005
