    Thankyou for sharing your recipes, it's hard to find Greek recipes beyond moussaka, souvlaki and honey cookies.
    I don't usually eat calamari but this looks delicious, going to try it tomorrow ❤☺

      Thank you for your kind words. The Greek Cuisine is so much more than Moussaka and Souvlaki with a rich culinary history even from the ancient times, as you will see on this one for calamari! May I suggest that if you are not used to cooking calamari to buy frozen? Then you will have guaranteed soft skin in comparison to fresh that needs a bit more tending at! Same goes for all seafood ❤
