As a single mama, I like for my pre-teen daughter to see what healthy relationships look like. When I watch your videos, I make a note to rewatch it with her so I can tell her, “Find a husband who is kind, compliments you, acknowledges your efforts, and calls you by sweet terms of endearment, like Cody does Kelly. And be a wife who happily serves and supports her husband, like Kelly does Cody.” I see the little things, like Cody’s hair is more wet than Kelly’s meaning he let her shower first. Or Kelly making the phone calls or figuring out the logistical details of trips and business endeavors, or Kelly’s patience with Cody as he gets all the shots on the trails. Keep loving each other well. Y’all are the sweetest couple.
Well, I’ve tried cooking pizza 3 times now over a fire. Tonight was a Greek pizza. Instead of cooking it over the coals, I used my Billy bob grill. Took it off and didn’t look like dough was done so I put it back on. Overcooked the crust!!! You make it look so easy…. It will be a while before I try it again…
Channels like yours, and videos like this reminds us all how great this country is. Especially for those who have forgotten that. I feel that if every American was subscribed to your channel this country would be much better off. You are making a difference. ❤
Hey guys The next time you go to the grocery store pick up a brown plantain. Looks like a brown banana lol. Cut it up in small chunks and brown slightly in butter. Add it as a PIZZA TOPPING especially with bacon-Canadian bacon-Italian sausage-IF YOU LOVE PIZZA THE PLANTAINS ARE A GAME CHANGER!!!! We had this in Puerto Rico omg THE BEST!!!! Ever!!!!! But make sure the plantains are dark brown skinned. Love your channel
Kelly I wanted to tell you, I wash my fruits like grapes in a big bowl of water with a quarter cup white vinegar and about a tablespoon of baking soda and it gets absolutely everything off of them and the water turns green from that too. Baking soda is very alkaline. Vinegar kills any bacteria or mold. You only need to soak it for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse well. Loving your camper and the fact that you don't have to constantly be tearing down and setting up and freezing when it's cold out. ❣️❣️❣️👍
My husband was afraid of rides too, didn't test them at all. He use to work in the R&D department of food processing machines. So he didn't test machines because he knew how easily things could go wrong. That maybe why Cody has a fear of machines, because he's a good mechanic too. Some machanics don't even realize that this is the source of their fear of rides, but it most likely is.
You ride alone on that roller coaster! No way! Upped my fear factor in a big way! But through the trees?!? Awesomeness! And I like open ferris wheels too!
Another solid video. One other quick tip. I used the charger port (red black ) at the front and ran my dc to dc charger. Mount in yr truck and use Anderson connectors. I also tapped 10 mm screws to the connection at the camper. I have the 40 amp Renogy and I charge quick. You will rarely need solar. With as much driving as you guys do you will stay topped off! Just got back from Tennessee and did some dispersed and would make coffee and use a skillet. Used about 10 amps. If you need pics let me know!
Glad you two finally made it to my neck of the woods. I would have loved to have shown you some more great places in my Smokies. There is history on just about every trail. Elkmont is a wonderful area with the chimneys at Millionaire's Row and Diasy Town with all the restored historical buildings. I love hiking there or anywhere else in the Smokies. You will always find the roads busy but glad you got to see at least a small part of it.
A Turkey Always on Thanksgiving...... I have 3 Pizza stones but I use mine, I make my dough just like you do, however I use my Pizza Stones for my Pies, {Meaning my Pizzas} I agree W/Hallelujah Homestead below my Comment here, You are the GREATEST COUPLE, Ya all are very Loving,Kind & Respectful to each other, & whats more you both laugh W/ Each other.. Believe it or not, a lot of couples NEVER LAUGH W/Each Other ever...... I will admit that you guys never show any affection towards one another.... meaning touching each other even in passing, not even a hug now & again or holding hands... If Hallelujah Homestead is using you all as an example for her daughters then they need to see some affection now & again so they know that, that is all part of being a Happy married couple..I'm not talking about getting down, just a little brush of your hands on each other now & again or a hand resting on your backs......What ever you all feel is right..... I love You guys.......
Depends on if you want leftovers,I like turkey.i make an easy cassarole dish with leftover turkey dinner.shred turkey on bottom of a bake pan, cover with gravy or cr.of mushroom soup, not diluted. Cover that with leftover stuffing and top with mozzarella cheese.cover with foil and bake 30 min.
I lived in North Carolina for 2 years Asheville area. While living there we got a book on all the waterfalls in the state. We would go to at least 2 every weekend. Some you had to hike out to and some were just off the road. If I'm not mistaken they have over 300 in N.C. Most of them in the western part. So you definitely have to explore N.C. Blue ridge parkway is amazing. Mt Mitchell is awesome great hike and views. Chimney Rock Lake Lure area you have to go to. Steep hike up amazing views. Just countless places for the type of hikes, adventures, scenery you both love. You are only about 90 to 100 miles from Pigeon Forge to these places in N.C. I don't know much about Tennessee but I'm sure they have some good places too like you are finding out. Enjoy!!! 🍕 Looks so delicious. I love all your meals ❤️
Looks like y'all had a great time on the Ferris Wheel Lol, Cody I totally felt every emotion you did! Stay safe and keep having the best time of your lives. ❤
If you have not been to Knobels in Elysburg, PA, you need to go and ride the Phoenix which is an old, wicked wooden rollercoaster. They also have the country's only trackless bobsled coaster. THIS coaster is SO FUN!
For Thanksgiving butterfly a Turkey breast, make a filling and tie it in a roll. It's small enough for your oven and makes a great presentation. Also you can make it the day before and then cook it on Thanksgiving.
I thought Cody was going to hit the "help" button on the Ferris Wheel. LOL Y'all eat really good food. My family is from Appalachia in Southwestern Virginia.
Oh my gosh! I gasped when I heard you guys bring up Angel numbers! Especially since when you guys said the price of the Ferris wheel tickets earlier in the video. $33 and then you went to talk about 3’s and Angel numbers towards the end. Ahhh! It’s really exciting for me. Something I truly believe is significant and for you to experience them, with the life style you’re living. Literally only makes sense to me. For me, as a viewer, when I catch synchronizations with master numbers from videos; I take it as a sign to keep creating my own videos and to keep going on my own individualistic self love journey. 33 is such a powerfully beautiful number to experience! Ties into the whole divinity of creating our own lives. All numbers honestly are powerful and beautiful but 33 is a special one for me personally. Anywho I geeked and just had to share that. Your videos are truly amazing and the energies from you two in this vlog was really playful. May you guys have beautiful moments within your todays! ☺️🙏🏻
I vote to see you cook an entire Thanksgiving Meal in your little Truck Camper... And thanks so much for showing us the Amazing Hiking Trails and all the Historical Information and how you live in your little Truck Camper, you two are so sweet ❤️, Love you both !
Just discovered you two and I’m enjoying your vlogs. Glad you have the comfort of your new camper. Love your positive vibes. Kelly you look like a mighty tasty cook.
So cool to see you all enjoying this area! I’ve lived about an hour from Pigeon Forge my entire life. The Smokies are a gorgeous place with such a rich history.
I'm not watching y'all in order but no matter where you go or where you've been I have a great time!! I'm in Arkansas and y'all are home folk to me!! Y'all are good peeps!!
I love Tennessee. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are awesome. Haven’t got to go hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains though. Hopefully I will someday soon!!!!!!
I doubt you'll find a turkey small enough for an RV oven. Get a breast or a chicken. Or two legs, even. Less is more! :) For the butternut, Day 1: prep the butternut, bake something else, bake the butternut. Day 2: make the butternut pizza! Less work, more yum!
Very familiar with Gatlinburg, Pigeon Fork (forge). There is a camp ground outside of town called Greenbriar Island campground and across from the campground are some amazing water feature hiking trails. Ramseys Cascades is absolutely breath taking, the hike is challenging and all along the way are beautiful water features.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that freaks out over clearance of the camper. My husband is always like we are good. I just never know 😂😂😂. We have the same brand of camper just the one with the patio in the back. We are doing half a duck for thanksgiving
Before you add a second panel, make sure the second panel voltage is the same as the first one. If your second panel voltage is higher than your first panel, both panels will only operate at the lower voltage of the two panels.
I think you should cook a turkey!! Also, if you haven’t already you should try using the spatchcock method to roast it. I think it would work well in your oven. It cuts down the cooking time by at least 1/2 if not more (saving fuel). The turkey comes out with crispy skin and juicy tender meat. I love your spinach artichoke pizza, it looks delicious with the white sauce. Have you ever thought about adding some ricotta cheese too? Love watching your videos. You guys are my favorite subscription!! 😀
Cody I am the same way on ferris wheels! But the coaster looks fun!! Pizza looked excellent...I work at a pizza place and all of our pizzas are cooked in a wood fire oven. It's a pretty amazing job.... making pizza then cooking it with fire from locally sourced wood. Extremely happy for you guys to have the comforts of your camper! Happy travels from Hedy in KY
What a fun vlog! Cody, we were giggling with and not at you on that wheel. I feel the same about stuff like that! How about a duck for Thanksgiving? small enough and "special". That butternut pizza sounds beyond fantastic!
Our cook book is on its way here. We can't wait to try some of those tasty meals. YES, want to see the squash pizza! We hope you leave the recipe too. Thanks for your wonderful Vlog and stay safe.
A beautiful and fun area for camping! Nature and man made fun are an OK combination. FYI if you get out west again, you should visit Park City, Utah. I lived there for 21 years and it has some great zip lines and coasters, plus all the hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and everything else. Visitors always see the National Parks, but northern Utah has some gorgeous country to offer and major mountains. That pizza looked so good! Love artichokes.
Hi Ya'll any meal that kelly cooks is fun to watch. I am going to cook a deconstructed ( cut up) turkey this year I saw a video and want to try it. I thought it made sense to do it that way you cut it up the night before refrigerat it and that way you can make a homemade broth for your gravy. Then season your turkey and bake. I'm excited for it.
Oh my goodness, you guys have been in our neck of the woods! I introduced my 80 yr old mother to your channel and the other day we were looking at something and she comes out with.....that's up town high rent!!! It cracked me up! I'm sure you guys are gone but she would have loved to have met you both, even if ever so briefly. Love the new truck and camper and I hope you guys are enjoying or have enjoyed tour visit to the Smokies!
There's Romano and then there is Locatelli Pecorino Romano. You will definitely find Locatelli Pecorino Romano at The Healthy Living Market. I use it on pizza, pasta, Alfredo sauce and air fried Brussel Sprouts. If you make it to the Adirondacks again. I will gift you a piece to grate yourself.
Hope you guys do a Turkey dinner 🦃 We have the same stove in our RV Can you explain the pizza stone in the oven….would love to know why Can’t wait to see you make your special pizza Cody talked about Best channel on YT 🎉
You MUST check out the Nantahala, NC. White water rafting (guided tour or not). Also you can hike some of the Appalachian Trail as it runs through there. Lots of great camping sites as well! You won’t regret it!!
Guys there's so much here to see.. like you need to find Douglas lake..cades cove...Cherokee n.c. there's so much. You need to spend at least a week. Hope you enjoy my home town..
I'm glad your back is better. Walking always seems to help mine, but I'm walking on flatter land, not going up and down 1000 feet in elevation. You are a beast! We love the Smokies/Blue Ridge. We are so blessed to live fairly close. Have a great week, friends! Love from SC, Jane❤🙏
It's nice you don't have to set up or break down camp. Wish I could watch more videos of you guys doing other things like today the rides. I do enjoy the videos you made there educational, but today I really enjoyed the video.
Did ya'll go see the cool old houses at Elkmont? I was hoping you all would walk around. I have not been there in several years. It is like an old ghosttown. Your dish looked really good. I grow Swiss Chard in my garden, and fix a dish with Fussili, Garbonzo beans, swiss chard, real bacon bits & I throw on some Feta & fresh grape tomatoes when served. It is delish and right up ya'lls alley. I want to try your recipe as well :) Oh no....after watching til the end....they have tore the old houses down. That is so sad. Where those chimneys were.....houses stood (you could not go inside) when I was there last. Oh I just hate that. It was so neat. There was like furniture and everything left inside, pianos, etc. It was so neat. Dang it has been a while since I was there. I am glad I got to see it like it was. Wish they had left the old houses. They were all in a row up the creek and then some down in the woods. I am like totally freaked by heights, but I was excited ya'll chose the alpine coaster. My son talked me into this when we were here.....and I loved it j!!! He flew down but I love having the brake to slow ya down. They are so much fun for this afraid of heights kinda person.
I like the duck idea! Might be just the right size. And go for the butternut squash pizza please. Cody I don't like heights either but the other ride looked like fun!
I just watched a channel called Big Truck Big Travels. They are traveling in different places as Harvest Hosts. The one place I saw on their channel that looked pretty interesting that I thought you might like, is called Greycliff Rest Area in Montana. It's a fairly new place that not quite finished yet but most of it is done. You can still spend the night, that's what they called Dry Camping. I guess it has something to do with Chip and Joanne and their Magnolia business. Anyone you may want to check this out some time. It's near the Yellowstone river.

I have a 15 year old daughter who notices this in them as well💚she says "They're more than just a couple, they're best friends"
I always have the same feeling when I watch them together. Two peas in a pot and a whole lot of love go’n on here.
I’ve met them in person while mountain biking in Marquette Mi and they really are great people and perfect together.
I too make a mental note every time I watch you guys. Healthy loving relationships are fun to watch.
You ain’t seen behind the scenes 😂
I am originally from NC. The Great Smokies is the best. I now live in Roanoke VA and we have beautiful mountains as well
It was interesting to see Cody alittle nervous......✨
Breaking chicken and sweet potato pie! Green bean casserole using French cut green beans with cashew pieces.
Aww I luv Kelly cooking 😋, looks so good and yummy, mmm enjoy
I love the Smoky Mountains!

You could do Cornish Hens. Thats what we're gonna do this year, trying something different. Stay safe
Hey guys

In 1983, I carried my wife down that trail on my back. From top to bottom. She had a blister from the climb.😊
Now that’s true love!!
Now that’s more my style at age 75, and I was born Tennessee! We call Texas home now after 60 years.
So cute to see Cody freaking out from the heights 😂😂 What fun at Pigeon Forge and that pizza looks SO yummooo!! 😛
I vote for Cornish Hens !!!
Enjoy your adventures !!!
I got my Cookbook Saturday in mail. This is amazing. I'm so glad you're on 3rd orders. I went thru it 2x already. Yay. How beautiful. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Kelly, girl you can cook!!! I’m impressed and it’s a good thing you’re so active and burn off the calories! 😊
Alpine coaster is great!
You have to visit in every season. The views are amazing with all the green!
My husband was afraid of rides too, didn't test them at all. He use to work in the R&D department of food processing machines. OMG! I share Cody's feeling about man made vs solid earth
Hey guys....we love that area. Thanks for sharing. Another oven tip....you can also use heavy weight aluminum foil vs. pizza stone. Keep on living!!!
You two are a real pleasure to watch. Totally down to earth. Thanks for another great video.
Thanks for watching!
😂😅omg! Cody’s afraid of heights!! So am I Cody!!
You ride alone on that roller coaster! No way! Upped my fear factor in a big way! But through the trees?!? Awesomeness!
And I like open ferris wheels too!
AND keep cooking outside girl love it !

I agree W/Hallelujah Homestead below my Comment here, You are the GREATEST COUPLE, Ya all are very Loving,Kind & Respectful to each other, & whats more you both laugh W/ Each other..
Believe it or not, a lot of couples NEVER LAUGH W/Each Other ever......
I will admit that you guys never show any affection towards one another.... meaning touching each other even in passing, not even a hug now & again or holding hands...

Wonderful video!! That pizza looked delicious!! The soup looked great also!!
The music was super cool tonight. I’ll vote turkey.

Yummy pizza, love the Smoky Mountains haven't been there in a long time,, thank you for sharing your adventures with us
Love the Smokies, our go to. Sorry you missed The Troll Bridge, on the other trail in Elkmont. Glad you enjoyed the Smokies!....yummy pizza!
Glad you are better, Kellie. Thankss for this walk you took me on!
You guys Adorable.
And thank you for sharing nature & adventures 🙏❤️
I vote to see you cook an entire Thanksgiving Meal in your little Truck Camper... And thanks so much for showing us the Amazing Hiking Trails and all the Historical Information and how you live in your little Truck Camper, you two are so sweet ❤️, Love you both !

I love your shot angles.
Turkey breast/ add lithium and more solar power!!! Truck camper living is best when off grid
Thanks guys for your videos
Good one! So much to do in that area!
Before you add a second panel, make sure the second panel voltage is the same as the first one. If your second panel voltage is higher than your first panel, both panels will only operate at the lower voltage of the two panels.
Thank you for the tip!
I think you should cook a turkey!! Also, if you haven’t already you should try using the spatchcock method to roast it. I think it would work well in your oven. Welcome to my neck of the woods! Hopefully the crowds were gone already. Get on the blue ridge pkwy. less crowded and nice hiking.
Yay I hope I get a cookbook this time and just in time for Christmas too
I keep missing your cookbook. It’s sold out again. Your dishes look amazing. I’ll get one eventually 😀 I love your videos

We love that area! I’ve rode that Ferris wheel and I can totally relate to Cody😂 Don’t underestimated that thing lol scary stuff!
The squash sounded good
You MUST check out the Nantahala, NC. White water rafting (guided tour or not). Also you can hike some of the Appalachian Trail as it runs through there. Lots of great camping sites as well! You won’t regret it!!
My cookbook is already on the way!!!
Hi you two!! Love your videos! How's the truck camper life? I sure love mine!! Cheers! ~M
Love you guys....fun fun.
Hey you all, I'm surprised you don't know about Dolly Wood around pigeon forge, Dolly Parton owns it, thanks for the great videos, David from Nebraska
You two need to go to Great Meadows Campground in Kentucky. Just up the road from there. It's amazing down in there. Several dispersed campsites.
Better production every time! How about a fishing report ? Kind, streams?
I just watched a channel called Big Truck Big Travels. They are traveling in different places as Harvest Hosts. The one place I saw on their channel that looked pretty interesting that I thought you might like, is called Greycliff Rest Area in Montana. It's a fairly new place that not quite finished yet but most of it is done. You can still spend the night, that's what they called Dry Camping. I guess it has something to do with Chip and Joanne and their Magnolia business. Anyone you may want to check this out some time. It's near the Yellowstone river.
the wine shop at that island has fantastic strawberry and blue berry wine
