Jeff Chapman how are you doing? This is Eddie Price from Goldsboro N. C. Jeff you hit the nail on the head when you said ( Basically I finally got the answer from God about leaving The Kingdom Heirs and joining Gold City. Mathew Fouch we get caught up doing things in our daily life and we forget that God's time is soo different from ours. Mathew Fouch you do a great job with the interviews. May God really Bless You All)...
Jeff is an exceptional bass singer, and who I believe to be the best in Southern Gospel these days. But I also believe he is an extraordinary person. His love for God and his love for people really shows. Thanks for this great interview!
Jeff is one of my heroes. Thank God deeply for this man. He doesn’t know me from Adam and Eve. But God has blessed me being able to meet this man many times at Dollywood
Thank you for sharing these interviews that are worth gold for those of us who love the bass voice and at the same time learn from them, especially from Jeff. A fraternal hug from Chile.
Enjoyed the story of joining Gold City so much. I appreciate hearing of the struggle of seeking and gaining assurance of knowing God's will in a life changing decision.
Great interview as always! Not only are you both incredible bass singers, you are great men of God. You both have been such a blessing in my life. Glad to call you both friends!
First thing I noticed on this is that your speaking voice sounds like it's doing the getting better with age thing...sounds darker and like it's sitting a bit lower than a few years ago. With regards to Jeff, I had the privilege of meeting him after a Gold City concert in Ceres, CA this previous April. No joke...him just talking off mic 15 feet away sounds like he's only 3-4 feet away. Cut for days there! Funny guy and a monster voice, so I'm glad he's on board with GC! Thanks for doing these interviews!
Love these interviews, especially with bass singers. Appreciate Gold City and L5 so much. Being up here in Cambridge ON Canada, we don't get to hear you as much as I would like to. We try to get to the NQC every 2nd year if possible, but with aging not sure how much more we will be able to do that. Keep singing for the Lord.
33:42 From a fan of BOTH OF U that hasn't met y'all yet, I 🙏 the Lord's RICHEST BLESSINGS on your lives, the lives of your families & on the members of GC, KH, L5 & their families as well!!! Matt & Jeff, please remember me N 🙏 as I'm facing a required but unexpected outpatient procedure next month. 🙏 4 peace mentally, a smooth procedure & a smooth speedy recovery. Jeff - give Chris, Sean & Josh my best please. Blessing meeting Josh & Sean last month!!
Even though I'm a female, I enjoy/enjoyed the bass singing channel as well. I could pick up on some generic "technicals" which was a learning experience 4 me even. Someday if it can work out, I would LOVE hearing from the Utech Brothers - Alex & Andrew. I recently met both of them & they're PRECIOUS Godly young men.

Jeff Favourite Bass Singer after Tim Riley but Tim taught him everything he knows and he sounds just like Tim ♥️
