I'm thinking about a 60 inch or 67 inch. You wouldn't happened to have owned both do you? How does the 60 inch Yak fly? My heart wants the Laser but it's not available in PNP 60 inch and the Skywing powercombo isn't available for it on EF's site yet... I'm hoping it will soon so I can get the Laser ARF and a combo in 60 inch. But 67 inch is also an option. I'm just wondering if that extra 7 inches is worth it. I fly at a somewhat smaller field and the plane with the lighter wingloading is going to be the better idea. What are your thoughts on 60 vs 67? How about on which model? I'm open to picking up any of the 60's really. But my heart likes that Laser...
Only a handful of flights on the Yak so far. I’ve posted a few flying videos. Flies really nice, tracks well and tumbles great. However I do miss my SW 60” Laser. I could torque hover and ball up the Laser so good! Timmy claims the 67” Laser/Edges is cats ass. I’ve never owned a Yak and wanted a plane that match my heli schemes this season. I almost want to do the 48” PNP combo but love the insane power of a 6s 60” model. Can’t go wrong with any of them. Depending how you fly you can fit them in any tight spot. Timmy just posted a video of a 67” flying off their loading dock at the shop..
@@crmodels The Yak has the bonus convenience of being a available in plug and play so that's real nice. The 67 laser is also pnp but unfortunately from EF the shipping is 240 dollars for it which is pretty crazy. I think because the box is over 60 inches long. The pnp 60 yak as well as all the 67 inch ARFs don't have that shipping cost problem. I hear the skywing power combos will be available on EFs site soon so I could go 67 inch arf plus the power combo. But the 60 also flies on cheaper batteries, I do have a number of 6s 3300's already for my 480 heli so would be cool to just fly it on those. Where I'd need to get some 5000s for the 67 inch. Pros and cons. I'm thinking I'll probably go 60. I'm going to give it a day or two to see if the combos become available and probably do the 60 inch laser plus skywing combo.
That's Nice One !!!
May be because orange is one of my favorite color ))
Awesome stuff. This is a great kit. Thanks for sharing.
Looks fantastic... hope we see the maiden 🤗😎
Nice video Chris! I like the print of the white C5 in the background; is it an FRC? I own a Speedway White C5Z.
99 C5 Coupe. Videos are on my channel.
