My driver instructor told me if doing parallel parking and you see a pedestrian stick on your indicator especially if they are walking down towards you because they will not see reverse lights they can only see front of the car

Isn't the 20 on flashing lights only advisable though? There's a road on my commute that is 40 mph with a short section of it that flashing 20 before/after school hours, but I don't see traffic pay much attention to it.
That’s a very good question. A traffic calming area is generally advisable and nowhere that I’ve found does it stipulate that it isn’t. However many traffic calming areas near schools are just identified by flashing amber lights. When accompanied by a speed limit I would be inclined to follow that guidance regardless of whether it is advisory or not. You raise a very good point!
In the vid I suggest it would be a good idea to pause the car. This demonstrates very clearly to the examiner that you are aware of the pedestrian. In this particular clip I don’t think the pedestrian would have been a major issue but be careful.
@@GetWheelDriving Lots of test centers cancelled tests since monday due to heavy snow last sunday. Some centres went ahead even leftover snow and ice, some didn't. A luck of the draw..
Bro driving India is very risk. We learn after getting licence and in road . Nobody teaches. We have learn ourselves. I learned from UA-cam channel more than 75 percent than driving school.

When he did his reverse parallel park, the pedestrian was on the other side of the road, so why was this an issue? Thank you for uploading these.
