- Photosynthetic bacteria are common throughout the world and are characterized by their ability to assimilate carbon dioxide and fix molecular nitrogen, utilizing solar sources of energy. (Gest, Kamen 1949; Kobayashi, Haque, 1971; Kondrateva, 1963; Pfennig, Trüper, 1974; Van Niel, 1944)
The important role of this group of microorganisms in the purification of polluted natural waters is well known. (Kobayashi, 1972; Kobayashi, Tchan, 1973; Kobayashi, 1975; Kobayashi et al. 1976)
In the present report a model treatment plant has been described for utilizing these bacteria for decontaminating waste waters containing high concentrations of organic matter, and for utilizing these microbial by-products. This report includes also descriptions of the operation of an ideal treatment plant.

Yes on the pink salt. Use it diluted 10:1 as a soil drench or spray directly on the plants... I do both on my fruit trees

@@mikimuku80 same here looking for the same answers and it seems the answer is yes as far i could research so far, also some tips use river bedding water and it contains the most and beneficial PSB ;) also maybe an idea to combine it with a good fungus to make sum super bio food for soil etc..
Ordinarily they cannot coexist. The acidity of LAB will incapacitate the PSB bateria. Again both thrive in different environment. LAB requires absence of light while PSB thrives in sunlight. Effort is ongoing to see how the coexist can be made . Some talk about using molasses medium at about 30degC but not confirmed yet.
No. Never do that. In our experiment, the Lactic Acid Bacteria killed the PSB. The PSB will never grow (unable to become red). And the Lactic Acid Bacteria will die soon too due to sunlight exposure.
@@ufohakunamaka6049 some say that the yeast that is added to EM1 makes the LAB and PSB coexist, but I dont know if thats true. I think using them seperately is the most secure thing

GM has nothing to help the tree ... but help to take effective the other chemical to take more effective
The sun is a carcinogenic product.
The MSG is acting as a fixed nitrogen source. Urea fertilizer will do just as well. Soy milk would also work.
I work on Anoxygenic Photosynthetic Bacteria (ASB) such as Rhodopseudomonas. They will live on almost any carbon source. Using egg probably makes the culture smell really bad. I use sodium acetate as the carbon source because cultures almost odoroless.

I run a pig farm but have issues with water. I get water from a contaminated river. How best do I apply this to treat the water. I have just prepared some good quantity of PSB
Use 1 liter of psb every 1000liters of water. Do every 7 days until water is clear enough.

you have to repeat the process that is mentioned in the video. But this time the PSB will develop much faster, because the mature PSB you created are now used as a STARTER / BOOSTER
got mine for more than a month and it didn't turn purple nor green, what went wrong?

Rain water won't work. You want to use water from a natural source like a slow moving stream or pond.. That's where the bacteria are.
Iam not getting red colour... I did all exercise from past 3 years... But couldn't... Can u plz help me
What kind of water did you use? My first attempt never turned because I used tap water, second time I used pond water and it turned green, I finally collected water from the Gulf of Mexico and that turned purple.
What are the different colours one can obtain while preparing PSB .. mine is 18 days old yet many are white and only 2 appear brown
Transfer that two brown to other white they will be oj
I kept for 8 months... No colour developed

Just share semoga bs mmbantu dan cepat jd juga. Sy berkebun organik jd sy hrs berhasil mmbuatnya. Krn sy sdh berhasil ini sy share bahan2nya. Tanpa biang ya dlm pembuatannya!!! Bahan2nya: Telur ayam/bebek sebanyak 2 buah , Ajinomoto/msg 2 sendok makan, Fish sauce/saus ikan saori 4 sendok makan. Botol aqua besar 3 buah dan masing2 diisi setengah air saja jgn sampai penuh, agar saat kita kocok ada ruang. sy mmbuatnya hanya dlm waktu 2 minggu dan sdh jadi sekarang. Oh ya Klw mau cepat jadi PSB botol hrs sering dikocok setiap hari jgn sampai gk ya!!! Hrs kena matahari 8 jam makin bny kena matahari makin bagus dan cepat jadi. Masing2 botol nnti akan berubah warna dgn sendirinya ada yg coklat bahkan hijau gk perlu kuatir nanti semua botol akan sama warnanya saat sdh jadi. Pas sebulan benar2 jadi baru sy pakai unt tanaman tomat, jeruk, mangga dll. Selamat mencoba dan semangaaat💪🏻😀
