- 🎵 Pickle leaf mustard.
✨Ingredients: After trimming leaf mustard, weight 1.6kg, water 1.5L, sugar 600ml, pickling spice 1/2T, coarse salt 4T, vinegar 750ml
✔ Pickling Spice can be omitted.

📢 Pickle leaf mustard.
1. Trim the leaf mustard.
2. Rinse to remove water.
3. Serve in a large bowl.
4. Add 1.5L water, 600ml sugar, 1/2T pickling spice, 4T coarse salt and boil over high heat.
5. When it starts to boil, add 750ml of vinegar and bring to a boil over high heat.
Turn off the heat when it starts to boil.
6. Pour pickle water over the leaf mustard.
7. Let it cool down.
8. Put it in a barrel.
9. Leave at room temperature for a day, then transfer to the refrigerator.
