Question of the day: What miniatures game should we check out next? Also, we did make a few mistakes here and there, please turn on Klingon subtitles to see the corrections and thank you for your grace and kindness in our playthrough. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed playing our very first miniatures skirmish game!
Great video! Great presentation and it was fun to watch! The time flew by. I'd like to see more Battleground. An alternative boardgame would be Core Space (where you don't have to build the miniatures).
Enjoyed your play through, gentlemen. Perhaps a in depth review of this title? There are three Masters of the Universe games out now that came out around the same time and would like your view on the pros and cons of Battlegrounds.
I’d definitely like to revisit this game! Would love to get in a few more plays and then we’d think about chatting more about it for sure… also would love to paint the minis
Am I right in saying the She-Ra/Rebellion side didn't use fate cards from the She-Ra/Rebellion set? That would have put them at a disadvantage I would think. I'm new to the game though so could be wrong.
I'd love to hear how this compares with Masters of the Universe: Clash for Eternia :-) I know they are totally different games - I'd just like to know if you'd recommend one over the other
I have both so hopefully I can give you some insight. Clash is lighter, easier to table and more asymmetrical (since one faction has weaker but more numerous models), it is a good game and I am happy to have it. Battlegrounds is more involved (especially once you move past the starting game and start building your teams), the added depth however makes it very engaging, it is a superb game and I am also happy to own it. The main way to separate the two is a question of who you are going to play with? Battlegrounds is best when you have an equally dedicated partner (or local community) but Clash can be played on family game night. The solo in both is "ok" but not a reason to own either.
great playthrough! The campaign says you can play up to 4 players. I wonder how that works!? Still on fence to get. I already have all of the CMON He-man game and considering getting this and comparing on my channel. I subbed. Please consider sending one back my way!

Good job. I’m looking forward to painting the minis in this game. Hope to see another play through!
We probably will too! They are gorgeous and having reference pictures is so nice 🥰
Anachrony would be super! THX for sharing your passion
We’ve always wanted to try Anachrony, it seems like such an incredible game!

We did use the Fate Cards, however I believe there was only ten so the other ten had to be built from other decks.

This one has better miniatures for sure.
We haven’t played the other one so I feel like we may not be the best to answer this! Sorry

Made a few mistakes but that's okay, it was still very nice to watch.
Thank you! Appreciate your understanding hope we caught them all in Klingnon Subtitles!

Ooo that would be a fun twist on it! I would definitely try it out, I assume maybe its a team mode?
