The Equalizer was among first intelligent done anti-hero series on American TV. Edward Woodward gave fascinating intriguing character that helps other people in dire situations .

Edward Woodward always adds intelligence and weight to an interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer was light weight and pure fluff.

It only gets worse later on when she regresses into the tired cliched yanks confused by anything out of the normal.
