The problem is….weed, alcohol, drugs etc., all impairs you. It’s simple don’t do it and then drive. I have made that mistake before driving drunk. Thankfully I was not caught but I am not doing it again
Once you hit felony status they take it all. They probably took his car and any money he had on him to and more likely than not he won't get them back either!

It's not harmless. The tar from marijuana smoke is much worse than cigarette tar. Plus people still traffic and sell large amounts of marijuana which has its own dangers.
