Hi. If I'm going to bottle a stout with a beer gun is there anything different I need to do in terms of carbonation compared to a regular beer?

Hi, you wouldn't do anything different when using the beer gun. In the keg you would typically carbonate a stout around 1.8 Vol instead of your typical 2.4ish but that is personal preference. Cheers!

so if i was using one of those guns to bottle the whole keg worth of beer how long would the shelf life be before the beer goes flat in storage ,.

Hello, as long as you properly kept the beer it won't go flat. You will lose a bit of carbonation during the bottling process so some people will slightly over carbonate a beer if they plan on bottling from a keg.

That is bevlex beer line. When we shot this video we didn't have the newer style beer guns that have duotight connections and use evabarrier tubing. Cheers

Yes as long as you had a co2 tank and a floating dip tube to hook up to the fermenter to push the beer out with.
