I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostrate cancer November 2022. Here's my routine which i learned from other stage 4 survivors. *I have the BRCA2 gene (not good). I have about 30 spots all over my body. I currently am on ADT therapy and immunatherapy. Also on Lynparza. I did 10 rounds of radiation in feb 2023, no chemo yet. Here's what's changed my life. After diagnosis....I tried the carnivore diet...it did not work. God introduced me to a guy in California who's lived with stage 4 without meds for a few years now. He taught me most of what i know now. (Thanks Mark!). I now eat 99% plant based organic diet. Drink only distilled water and in my coffee as well. I can eat wild caught fish but not farm raised. I will have a glass of organic wine once a month but i pay for it. No sugar, no pork, red meat once every 60 days, chicken once a month. I take about 35 supplements a day along with mushroom powder. **I used to think plant based and organic people were nuts...i was wrong. Stage 4 is managing inflammation and determining how your body responds to certain foods. Nutrition, sleep, exercise MUST be balanced. It's hard to understand what i am talking about unless you have cancer or some other terminal illness. Here's the important point...you MUST change your habits. While I do trust my doctors, I am not a fan of the drug companies/system. I know my time on earth is limited so quality of life is key...the organic plant based diet has improved quality 10-fold.

Mike - very encouraging. Whole food plant based is the best way to go. PLEASE check out Chris Wark (Chris Beat Cancer) to understand the full benefits of a plant based diet. Chris is the best teacher I have come across. My challenge is there is so much information out there it is difficult to narrow is down. I too have prostate cancer... Most beneficial information, in addition to Chris, Dr Thomas Seyfried, PhD., Nasha Winters, ND and Dr Geo Espinosa, ND. I AM NOT convinced that there is not a real simple cure for metastasized prostate cancer. But is take real dedicated focused effort on the part of the patient as a "self advocate." Please carry on knowing you (and me too) can and will win the battle against prostate cancer.

Amazing! Congratulations 👏 My Mother has Pancreatic cancer and undergoing chemo. I wonder if this would work for her. Problem is she is on so many painkillers now it is constipating her and can barely eat food. The oncology nutritionist tells her to eat low fiber foods like white rice, bread, pasta, lots of meat protein since beans have the skin that is too rough to digest, milk shakes, no more vegetables either, etc. Red lentils and humus is okay. I personally would not be eating meat or milk if I had cancer due to the IGF-1 and mTor growth factors. She has a hard time being disciplined and is sick of juicing and blending all her meals. We don’t know what to do with her anymore so we just allow her to eat whatever she can in order to maintain her weight as she lost a lot of it 😢

This video should have 21 milli9n views instead of 21,000… Where are all the newly diagnosed patients looking for alternative therapies!?!?! Why you would first take life threatening chemo and radiation that your doctor knows will eventually kill you before doing at least the minimum of getting into therapeutic ketosis, doing some fasting perhaps 30-40 days, taking vitamins and perhaps a dewormer for 6 months!?!? WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE!?!?!? It baffles my mind….

@andrewrivera4029 I've done all those things you spoke about and still doing it. I didn't accept conventional treatments. For fasting it was 21 days for me. Nothing seems to help me. It's different to watch a video and believe and completely another thing to face the illness😢

I feel exactly the same way that you do. I was diagnosed on April 11 with invasive ductal and lobular carcinoma both breasts. I underwent two mammograms and a ultrasound on the same day four days later did biopsies in each breast the next day I received a phone call from a surgeon’s office and and I’ll call his office to set up appointments And I was still in the days. I set up an appointment for a consultation with both doctors within days. I was scheduled for surgery to do a double mastectomy followed by six months of chemo, followed by an undetermined amount of radiation, followed by 5 to 10 years of endocrine therapy. And then I decided to change doctors after a relative told me they could get me in as a Vip patient at another cancer center in another town so I took that opportunity, but I couldn’t get in for two weeks and during those 2 weeks it enabled me time for the first time to really deep dive into cancer. What causes it how did I get it etc. and then I started watching people sitting in recliners getting chemo pump into their veins and I thought to myself there’s no way I can do that. All of these people were smiling and I’m sitting there thinking how can they be smiling when they’re poisoning themselves to death it did not make any sense to me. I knew I could not go down that road. I saw that I was on a cancer conveyor belt with no off switch and the only way to get off is to jump the hell off and say NO to EVERYTHING they were offering. I even said no later to the biopsies that they wanted to do on my spine where they thought it had spread due to a PET scan as well as to my thyroid because I found out that biopsy spread cancer I’ve also recently said no to a future bone biopsy as well as a CAT scan to see if my cancer has progressed or regressed because I don’t want the radiation from the CAT scan and the bone biopsy. So I decided to get on a ketogenic diet. I cut out all my sugar the first three months and still may just have one little bite of something with sugar in it twice a month but other than that no sugar I got some really good supplements from my health food store notfrom Walmart. I started drinking green juice made from various vegetables. I’ve only juiced about four carrots since April because I don’t want the sugar. I’ve also just finished ivermectin for three weeks every day for twice a week until my pills run out. I’m still doing tons of research and I plan on getting a biometric oxygen chamber. I still need to make an appointment to get a high dose of vitamin C. I’m also taking a kernels 5 in the morning and five at night. So for somebody who has cancer, I’m not tired at all. I have tons of energy and I feel better than I’ve ever felt. I look better than I’ve looked in the last 25 years and I’ve lost 35 lbs in 31/2 mths. there are lots of things that I can still do that. I realized that I had to get rid of the fear factor, and I also realize that the cancer industry meaning the oncologist in the breast surgeon they use language like the words, aggressive in order to get you scared because you feel frightened and that you’re going to die you’re willing to do anything they tell you to do so I had to overcome that.

He's mentioned it, but not much in like 10 of the interviews I've seen of his he mentioned it 2, maybe 3 times...
It needs to use a lot of energy to break fatty acids down for protection, which won't matter if it doesn't have fermentable fuel sources to produce energy. But that is if I understand him correctly 😅

We have a lot of organic grapes - that we know are antioxidants - am I allowed to eat them? Or should I avoid? Could you, please, answer my question?

Dr Seyfried also recommends "water fasting" as the best way to achieve a higher level of ketosis than with a ketogenic diet. You can easily prove that yourself by measuring your ketone level. I use inexpensive "Ketone Strips" available at Walmart. I have compared my ketone levels on a ketogenic diet to that achieved when water fasting. Water fasting achieves much higher levels and more quickly. However Dr Seyfried also admits that many people do not have the willpower to do water fasting. Myself? I go to great extremes to keep my cancer in remission. Hence I incorporate regular water fasting into my healthy lifestyle. I think this option should have been mentioned in this video.

Hello Marian, hopefully the video transcript can be converted into your preferred language, you can also read the companion article here (your web browser can translate languages): www.personalizedmedicinemd.co/medical-articles/how-to-starve-cancer
In summary, there are metabolic vulnerabilities that can be targeted, studies show disrupting cancers access to fuel can slow growth and kill cancer cells. There is a plenty of evidence that shows patients with cancer should avoid eating processed carbohydrates (e.g. foods with added sugar). In addition to restricting consuming high carb foods, Metabolic Cancer Therapy uses medications and supplements that disrupt cancers ability to leverage glucose, amino acids and fatty acids.

Hi Vikki, I hope your takeaway wasn't that YOU need to starve to starve cancer (unless your safely intermittent fasting ;) which studies show can be very beneficial in the fight against cancer: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9530862/). When it comes to nutrition, the evidence recommends avoiding foods with large amounts of glucose (processed carbs with little/no nutritional value) and foods high in polyunsaturated fats. We wanted to convey that there are many anti-cancer foods out there that help starve cancer, we are working on putting together a video that describes many examples in detail. Also, in addition to nutrition, medications and supplements are required to apply maximum pressure on cancer. Please collaborate with your health Team to construct a useful nutrition guide, or feel free to schedule a consultation with us for a personalized treatment plan.

Yeah, you might want to expand your basic education about food groups, food options, and nutrition. Like what are low-carb foods? And what are high protein foods? And what are high glucose foods? What are processed foods? Versus fruits and vegetables?
And what is a keto diet? And do the millions of people using a keto, or Atkins high-protein diet starve themselves to death? Lots of info is Online and BOOKS, so I wish you the best and learning about how to starve cancer without starving to death.

This is 100% LEGIT..... I am currently in Istanbul undergoing cancer treatment, I was diagnosed 1st February 2024, I started this treatment after my children discovered Thomas Seyfried. I had stage 4 colon cancer, besides my colon, the cancer had spread to my liver, lungs and bone. After 6 rounds of treatment they did a PET scan on me, I was 90% clean, each round of treatment takes place over 3 days, I am currently doing round 10, with 2 more rounds left after which my next scan will be done, scheduled for 22 August 2024, after which we hope for a 100% clean result. I battled to walk, breath, shower and even blowdry my hair, today I walked to and from the clinic..... Everybody at the clinic is just AMAZING, hope this information will help others to know that a cancer diagnosis does not mean the end of our lives, there is hope. Metabolic cancer therapy works. ❤👍😁

I have ordered the keto mojo & ordered iver/ fen. Waiting its arrival, right now I am on strict keto diet, fasting inbetween, & most important praising God & feeling "Great".... I still have minor concerns in dosage & press/pulse procedure. But I know before the med & meter arrive I will acquire those info..... thanks again... God Bless....

No Dr. I’ve been turned away from 4 emergency hospitals telling me this is not an emergency. I’m Canadian so I have no money to try to save me. Our healthcare became free then a mirage. Sadler I paid into it for most of my career only to have it evaporate before I retired. I have a hard time eating anything that doesn’t react giving me sores on my head & trunk of my body/ I have? Something in my right crease of my leg that no one believes me thou I feel it everytime I sit( being retired I feel it all the time)I’ve had little to no sugar since March 2024 & it’s late Sept now…45 lbs dropped off like nothing. I came here to find out what I can actually eat? As I live on sunflowers seeds, water, I quit amino acids, no starches, or sugar, I even react to any fruit even lemon peel/zest. My fridge is bare because I’m running out of ideas how to not starve myself just the??? Whatever I seem to be battling. I have a check list of symptoms which hit all the marks of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma but no diagnosis… (Canada has a crisis of all the Dr.s fleeing for $$$$$ in the U$A). Ginger too makes me react and the preservative in Stevia affects my health with incredible head cramps sinus’ ears and throat. If anyone can give advice how they are surviving I’d be interested in what helped, what hurt? I am female and 65. Thank you for any & all suggestions

Cancer does not use fat atleast not ketones so being in ketoses is a good thing, there is something with the lipids but beeing in ketoses and targeting glutamine is enough.
Enough trails with positeve outcomes, only in some lab experments the lipids are used but not in the way they say it does and in the real world it does not show !!
