Hi .. One of our friend resigned and Didn't serve notice period but got experience letter and reliving letter. They are asking to give KT after one month of last working day. Now he joined new org also. Does he can give KT in old org? Any consequences he can face if he not willing to kt now?

Hi sir, I joined a xyz company 8 months ago as software engineer. After 8 months they switching my role to system admin then I strongly argue for my role to continue as software engineer in the discussion process they took my id card and removed from teams without Informing my termination. Before joining company I submitted my orginal certificates and signed on bond to give 3 years service company. Now they demanding money for return my certificates without my fault they removed from the company. Last three weeks I'm Continuously sending mails for status of my employment but they not giving reply mail can you please suggest me to get certificates from the company.
Present iam working in MNC company, I got government job in bank as fresher, my manager not reducing notice period and not giving buy out option, Can I abscond for government job

Check with your HR, please convenience the SAME. Or Change the joining date in BANK if that works.

Don't abscond brother, generally notice period will be very less in probation period, try to negotiate with management and leave
I have joined a company on June 17th and training is upto December and I have signed 3 years contract. And on August 1st I got offer from another company and I have absconded and the previous company dont know about my new offer. I have not been allocated to projects and I am still on training period. And the bond breakage amount is 1,00,000. Does it cause any problem and I am fresher and they have not created my PF account yet.

Hey pavan, I have 5 years of experience in a big company but payrol is in different company, I have a 2.5 years fake in first 2.5 years and then got a job without pf and form 16 and bank statements, can I ask the big company to Onrole me with very good recognition and hardworking and the big company is the the who done bgv before too ?

I have Joined one company on March 5th due to some reasons project not allocated they asked me to wait but I got new job planning to join in may 1st week. Planning to send a resignation email on April 30th once I get the Salary. It will create any problem or i can go ahead
check with HR before you put resignation, as it is probation period and you were there for very less time, there won't be any problem
