I've always thought Claire's 2 biggest enemies were her ancestors: Leoghaire ("Leghair" 🤣) is Marsali's mother and le Comte St. Germain is Fergus's father and his mother is a Beauchamp. I think when Percy Wainright(?) "Beauchamp" finally tracks down Fergus, and his and Marsaili's son Germain Fraser will take the name Beauchamp so he can inherit their French estate, and he's Claire's ancestor. I hope that comes out in both the 10th book and 8th season of the TV series. If it doesn't, it's my story and I'm sticking with it. 😆
Fergus and Marsali had more children, in the 9th book, including twins. Also, Fergus’s FATHER, the Count, was also a time traveler. Gabaldon wrote this in her short stories and novellas. I ALWAYS thought Fergus and Marsali were Claire’s ancestors! I’m glad someone is pointing that out! You realize that also means that Leoghaire is also Claire’s ancestor LOL! Not to mention Mrs.Fitz at Castle Leoch in the first book.
Yeah I loved the idea that Claire and Fergus were blood-related at first until I realised that meant she'd be related to Laoghaire too but you could always just say 'there's one in every family'.
Holy, I wonder which of Fergus and Marsalis children Claire would have come through? 🤔Interesting that Fergus names his first son Germain without knowing that his biological fathers name was St Germain
So many mistakes in this ... Brian was acknowledged, however unloved, by Simon. Ellen and Brian ran away and got pregnant with William and didn't get married until Dougal found them after she was obviously pregnant. Ellen died in childbirth when Jamie was 8. The adoption of Fergus was never actually formalized, Jamie just gave him the name Fraser when he married Marsali. If the information given in (I believe) book 8, then Fergus's parents were actually secretly married. Jeremiah MacKenzie (Roger's father) wasn't killed in 1941 - he time travelled back to 1739, which we find out in I believe book 7. Rev. Reginald Wakefield was Marjorie's uncle. Fergus and Marsali had 6 children (to date), Henri-Christian died after a fall from a loft due to jumping from a fire.
The bomb that killer Roger's mother also killed his father!!! You have not read all the books. Roger's father returns from the past, just in time to see his wife and son on a stair case trying to escape the bombs in the underground. She tosses Roger over the stairs to his father's waiting arms. The bombs hit and Roger is saved by his father!!!!! Both parent die in those bombs......
It’s been a while but when I read it Roger finds his farther in the past when Roger tried telling him what had happened jumped through the stone and disappeared before had finished and that was the last we saw of him giving the impression that was lost in time as he when through with out a gem stone ( from later cannon we learn It’s extremely dangerous use the stones with out one as some kind of power source or focus that keeps you from dissolving into raw energy in the time stream in the process destroying the gem (Clares trips were shear luck that she came out at all the first time the second time she used her love for Jamie as a focus
I have a feeling about Roger's last fine evening with Brianna, before he travels in search of Jemmy ("I can feel it 🎵🎵 comin' in 🎶 the air 🎵 tonight 🎵, oh Lord 🎶,"). On the other hand, I'd expect more travels and opportunities are coming. As of S7E12. I haven't read the books.
Yes! They had a third child. David William Ian Fraser MacKenzie, known as Davy, is the third son of Brianna and Roger MacKenzie in Diana Gabaldon's Outlander saga. His birth and first appearances occur in the novel Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone, published in 2021.
Wow so it's not really Fiction Outlander TV show only some of it of fiction, so these people are real the family tree story I didn't know that thanks letting me know learn something new all the time

Super interesting, however the incorrect pronunciations are frustrating to hear.
it's AI...
Leg Hair McKenzie 😂

Aaaaaaah yes. Good old 'Leghair McKenzie'
😂
Enjoyed this explanation of the family tree.
Davina Porter is the audible narrator of the Outlander series.
The cleft lip on baby Brian though. Good job ai lmao
Haha Leg Hair!!
Where is Aunt Jocasta?
First of all, a narrator who can pronounce all the names and places would be nice.
I've heard many Americans struggle with pronunciation of British names and people.
This seems like its written, read and pictured completely by AI
If you're right, then Claire's Arch nemeses Laoghaire would be her ancestor as well. Crazy to think about.
Holy, I wonder which of Fergus and Marsalis children Claire would have come through? 🤔Interesting that Fergus names his first son Germain without knowing that his biological fathers name was St Germain
This was helpful. I have started to become confused at the end of season 7. However, it looks like it is already going to need updating.
this is helpful as I want to make the Frasers a legacy challenge in the sims 4.

Colum Dougal and Ellen had another sister named Jocasta who owned River Run plantation.
@@SophieT1416 yes, I missed that when I was writing up my corrections to this AI video.
But is it in the books where roger saw his dad back in time and helped him get home, then die in in the shelter with Rogers mom like is in the show?
@@lalachenault8523 Rogers Dad dying with his Mom is in one of the smaller books. A LEAF IN THE WIND explains Rogers parents.

There were no adoptions as we know them today. They just took the child into the extended family. Shees
Brianna and Roger had another son? I don’t recall David.

In "GO TELL THE Bees that I'm gone"
Reverend Wakefield is Rogers mother’s uncle, not related to his dad.
Brian and Ellen had another son Robert, who died in childbirth with Ellen.
I think the Frezer family was very interesting I liked it that very much
Wouldn't that make Breanna and Rodger related by blood?
They didn't have david in the series but in the book " Go tell the bee's I am gone" she finds out she's pregnant
She has him in the book too.
Also, the distinctive part about David is his inability to time travel.
David was born in Book 9
It’s Leery! Not Leghair!
Laoghaire not Leery. AI mispronounced it. Which is funny to me because my book club calls her Leg hair as a joke.

No, the family heritage is pure fiction
Loved this breakdown but learn to pronounce the names properly, Leary is not to difficult...
The AI and the shocking pronunciation RUINED this
AI images are creepy
Would be more interesting if the names were pronounced correctly.
"LEGHAIR"??? 😂😂😂The creator of this video needs to do A LOT OF READING!! Start with "A Leaf on the Wind of All Hallows". It's short.
😅
