My first Kirby remix, and I gotta say - my favorite song of the whole series, only topped by The Legendary Air Ride Machine and Revenge Of Meta Knight (coming soon!). I hold Kirby Super Star for the SNES dear to my heart, so I hope I honored the memory of such amazing game with this remix.

One of my pet peeves with remixes of this song is that people have no idea what makes the climax of the song so great and change it up too much. You are one of the rare exceptions! I think you did a great job mixing it up while keeping it faithful. Good stuff 👍🏻

There’s a lot of not so great remixes out there of Taking Over the Halberd where they mess with the timing of some of the jazzier off beat notes.
You’ve somehow slowed the beat down and fully shifted into synth wave without losing that feeling that the song drives you the entire time. I really like this version!
