See the weak number of views, speaks volume as to how many people know 10CC. I discovered the band through a friend and I fell in love with them. They are not like any band out there. They jumped from one music style to another, in addition, within each song their style is constantly changing. Truely a great band band

Glad you enjoy them. I’m ancient and have thought them one of England’s best bands since their first album. Heard them as ‘Hotlegs’ with Neanderthal Man, which was a bit of fun.. 4 enormously talented musicians, and it’s easy to forget they all had experience before their 10cc life. Brilliant technical innovators too in their own Manchester studio, Strawberry Studios.

They are very well known, but possibly like me, many fans were there at the beginning, and we are discovering these great UA-cam videos.having belonged to the cassette and vinyl generation!! ..also many people discovering them after hearing their music. Brilliant musicians, songwriters and lyricists.....so glad these videos are here....rediscovering the joy!! Thanks to whoever posted this....😊

It’s a band that had two iterations. This is 10cc with Stewart and Gouldman taking the lead. It’s more mainstream pop without Godley and Crème. They’re still capable of being a tad tongue in cheek but without as much lyrical subversion or experimental deconstruction. This is very good pop… yes a bit underrated for sure.

I am a fan of 10cc when they released their first album with Rubber Bullets. I bought all their albums in the 70's only and loved them all. I never got to see them live in concert which I feel very bad. I am so very happy to see them coming this July 2024 at the first date of the tour. My prayers are answered to see Graham and this wonderful band this summer. Graham one of my all time favorite songs is The Film of My Love just wonderful please include this song in your set list. I hope he gets this message. It would be great too if Kevin joins this tour.

I often wondered what happened to them. They left such an indelible mark in my memory. A truly great band.

Art for Arts Sake, what a great jam that was. I never heard this one before.

Was back in Chicago and WXRT played Art for Art’s Sake. The DJ said he would come up with any excuse to play that song. Feel the Benefit is one of the all time greatest songs. Of course I’m Not in Love is one of the most beautiful. I’ve gotta see Graham Gouldman with the band he’s assembled. Too bad Eric Stewart doesn’t perform in public anymore - hasn’t for a while.

Is there a version of the documentary that doesn't have the weird edits?

What, who does not want their 10CC documentary to have a completely fucking pointless play spliced into the middle

Maybe Branson would have found a way to stop the split. Who knows?

Was music for post-teens more intellectual in the ‘70s than at any other time?
This was before ‘ironic’ or ‘sexy stupid, clever -stupid’ was cool? These bands like XTC, 10CC, Supertramp etc. are the least sexy pop music ever was but what music sensibility.
Now the people around me adore K-Pop and will drop serious money to go to a ‘K-Pop’ show
