I fucking love the Peyton stories.... Keep them coming.
I remember when indy let the jets win that game. It took the wind out of um. Peyton tried telling coach to put starters back in. Miami was happy they remained only team to go unblemished and still are. If coach C could do it again its gotta be tough.
John 8:32
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
My favorite story
when pats desk was clean lol
As Pat was telling this story the only thing I could picture in my head was the SNL skit with Payton playing football with those kids 😂😂😂😂
When is Peyton coming on the show
Peyton's seconds of his life are worth more than appearing on this show. Ya feel me homie?
His time is valuable and every second of every day he's doing something making bank
Haha dick jokes haha good ones guys did you hear your boyfriends tell them at dinner? Lol
@@williamchavez365 it might have been, but it was still better than yours. At least I made an attempt at being original.
Stuff like this makes me really wish I could see what a Peyton Manning as Head Coach led team would look like
Never happen. Now star players, even rookies (cough, Baker) can pick the coach. And the last person they want is some hard-ass disciplinarian who won't let them live stream and twitter during practice. You have to be like the cool parent to coach in today's NFL.
Cheski, I miss the old coaches like Parcells who held their players accountable. Now every coach is like the cool stepdad who also gets the, "You're not my dad!" treatment. The only exception is Belichick, and supposedly him and Brady have been at odds, but they also keep it professional.
Cheski the successful coaches don’t put up with that crap. The coaches that let the tail wag the dog, that can’t control the lockeroom, they end up out of a job after a few seasons. Manning would make an awesome Head Coach, we just probably won’t ever see him there because it sounds like he is more interested in a team president position like Elway has
Then Peyton threw him a hospital pass against the Eagles and was never the same.
Josh Dupee Who has the better record in the playoffs head-to-head? Peyton or Brady?
Loved Austin Collie. Definitely thought he died twice on the field.
I watched the one with the Eagles on tv and it was seriously the scariest thing I’ve ever seen
As a packers fan... “Does jimmy graham have two hands?” Is fucking hilarious..😂😂 love the show man✊🏻
Ian Stuart how does Aaron Rodgers have anything to do with Jimmy Graham not knowing to catch?
@@ianstuart371 Packers are known for not utilizing a pass catching TE they use them more to block for Rodgers.
Ian Stuart You’re right, they’re not on the same level. Aaron Rodgers in his prime is better than Drew Brees is.
I saw the look on Aaron’s face when Graham stuck one hand out for the ball...in the end zone for an incompletion. He was cussing Graham out in his head.
I was too. Quit trying to make it look fancy, and just catch the ball.
When I was watching the game, I thought the defender held his hand or he was using his hand to get separation from the defender, but nope, he was wide open with both hands free but decided to try to make a highlight reel catch
Graham has seriously gone downhill since he left New Orleans and New Orleans has been fairly successful since he left.
SweetDWillie it was catchable, did you watch the game? Fucking dick head
Odell Beckam Jr.: One handed catch
Peyton: has Joined the chat
Odell: has left the chat.
that 💯 needed to be one handed, it's the greatest catch I've ever seen. not saying nothing about anything else. that was the greatest catch I've ever seen.
@@rnnyeet He didn't have much of a choice, as I recall the other hand was being held.
@@rnnyeet overrated catch. Great play still but I can name 5-10 better catches at actual important times
They don't call him The Sheriff for nothing
Payton Manning has gotten to the point of success where he sleeps making money, wakes up making money, and breathes making money. These talk shows aren't on his radar.
And then Peyton assassinated Collie on the field...
Peyton probably nodded in approval as it happened. "That'll teach you to catch with one hand."
Peyton did that to all of his guys. He did that to Welker as a Bronco. He didn't give a shit about helping his guys by throwing them open or not throwing certain passes.
That is a big difference with Brady. Tom's guys rarely take kill shots if ever from his throws. Cooks took a kill shot in the super bowl because he ran in circles like an idiot with the ball.
Isn't Austin Collie the guy Peyton Manning kept trying to kill with those hospital passes
Now I understand why Peyton threw those hospital passes. He never could let go of that incident and tried to get him permanently out of the league. 😂
It's odd to see Jimmy Graham drop stuff in the red zone because it seemed like when he was with the Seahawks that was the only time he wanted to catch a pass, and blocking? LOL ya forget about it.
Reminds me of what Ray Lewis once said in an interview. Ray said his defense had 2 names for TE's. King and Queen. King TE was a block and Receiving TE, and Queen TE was only a receiving TE. Ray said that Jimmy was a Queen TE.
During his tenure with the Saints he was arguably the best TE in the game!!!!!!! God I was so mad when we traded him to Seattle!!!!!!!!!!
“Until we chose to lose” on god. Those colts teams were special
And I was just talking to my peeps about this earlier this week. Ugh. I almost stopped being a fan cuz the organization played to lose.
Honestly was surprised those teams didn't win more. Was a huge Colts fan growing up
@TheSportsGuru Yea. I'm pretty sure he's talking about the season they went 14-0 to start, but then benched their starters for the last 2 games. I don't dislike the Colts or anything, but I didn't like that move, and I was hoping they would lose the SB for not trying to go for history.
@TheSportsGuru Pit defeated them at home in a game that mostly wasn't close until the Colts got some help from the refs at the end.
remember when jimmy graham was arguably the best TE in the league? times have changed
And people said that Graham was making drew brees better, look how that turned out
He was never the best in the league. Everyone knew he couldn’t block from the beginning
He had a good fantasy year so everyone thinks that's all that matters... blocking??, how many fantasy points does that get? lol
nate means the players and coaches don’t give a shit about fantasy. It doesn’t matter
Our coach says “you have 2 hands use them” even if we make the catch
I love hearing these Manning stories. He was the ultimate general
As good as he was ... He wasn't close to the best .. In clutch Manning wasn't Brady . Always chocked .
Pat McAfee is a breath of fresh air.
He’s a tic tac in the football commentary world surrounded by sweaty ball sacks.
He really is .pay him and Peyton Manning to be in Monday night booth.pat and Payton and Eli are hilarious
This was 100% in a game, not practice lmaoo
I cant believe this asshole nothing kicker acts like he's a football player.
@Michael Wainscott In the NFL draft football players get drafted.
Punters get selected in the NFL Draft.
Therefore, punters are football players? 🤷🏼♂️
@@michaelwainscott2633 - They are like a grade above bench warmers. I'd love to be a bench warmer. Secondly, Phil Jackson avg 6.7ppg and 4.3rpg but....has 11 rings as a coach. May be a scrub of a player but does it really matter what happens afterwards. He gets paid good money to talk about football all day. Sounds better than most comments.
Would love to see footage of the missed catch and Payton pointing if anyone knows where to find it
Pat your commentary over the navy Memphis game was great
was trying to buy SmackaFee multiple beers/shots after commentating in Memphis. dude is hilarious
You mean the same Austin Collie, Peyton Manning nearly killed 100x?
Remember when receivers were scared to cross the middle? Those were the days
gsxerwhite Catching the ball over the middle used to be a life decision. Tight ends and large receivers were typically allocated for those plays. Safeties and linebackers prowled those zones like sharks in the water looking for blood. I miss that. Guys like Woodson, Dawkins, and Lynch have been boxed out of the sport. It feels less like football and more like partial contact litigation.
Dave I just watched a MNF game from 1979 that was somehow in my feed. What a difference. In everything. Not one single flag until an hour in the game. two maybe three commercials per HALF! No celebrating for doing one aspect of your job. The product we get today is complete shit no wonder stadiums rarely fill up anymore.
Peyton and Odell would've been entertaining to see lmao
Peyton wouldn't put up with his crap. Probably be one catch/attempt and then a push from PM to trade him away.
@@FriedToast odells talent is something Peyton would love to have nice try tho
Collie was the man. Bought his jersey when I went out to Indy for a game. :/
@@deletethischannelpls who threw him the ball, Peyton did not care for his receivers
peyton seems like the kind of boss you want to hate, but you can't, because he brings out the best in you
Just imagine if you’re a high school kid working at Papa Johns and Peyton bought the place. And then sent you home early for tossing dough with one hand.
Is that why he had austin murdered 3xs?
Pat is an amazing story teller.
So that's why Peyton Manning feed him those suicide passes, jeez
Peyton got all his receivers killed. Did it all the time. He's a dick and overrated.
@@mikeansley5306 by those measures Favre is the worst QB that ever played.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that Polamalu was lined up in the C-Gap.
That desk had so much space
Peyton Manning was the head coach on field, almost everytime he snapped the ball he called an audible. Omaha!!
Peyton was the Sherrif for a reason. Just on point and really fun to watch all those comeback wins. Glad he won a Superbowl ring when he was with the colts.
I feel like Austin Collie was Pat’s best friend on the team.
God bless Pat McAfee! Love listening to this guy. He is exactly the Voice we want and need in Sports today.
I’ve been praying 🙏🏽 for a podcast with inside stories on the NFL players & teams. I love this stuff. McAfee should bring on as many ex & current players as possible.
I played against Austin Collie my first year of varsity football in the San Joaquin valley division.. Absolutely incredible football player..I'll never forget going into my senior year after Austin had already went to BYU and made a impact and future into becoming drafted to the nfl..He and few other undrafted local football stars had came back to our divisions summer camp Passing league to help coach..In which I was rated the number one highschool prospect WR in the sacramento area, based off of my performance in this passing league..Got compliments and praise from Austin Collie and compared to his ability and skill level as a WR..Truly a highlight to my young athletic journey..Sadly I never got the opportunity to take my talents to the next level because of two tore labrum surgeries that followed my senior year coupled with a team who had no quarterback and the division number 1 Running back who actually went on to play at BYU with Austin for his last season before being drafted to the Colts..Good times, tho I might be a little bitter I still hold those praises and compliments from Austin Collie as a highlight to my football memories 😁
dope story and i’m sorry about those injuries you sounded like you had crazy skills
“PEYTON MANNING IS A HELL OF A QB”
RICK JAMES
If Peyton says your not in, then your not in lol
I will say this as a 49ers fan I loved watching Austin Collie play. It's sad that concussions robbed the NFL and it's fans of such a talent.😔
does jimmy graham have two hands? i havent watched any sports news today and I know exactly what that means lol.
Look how clean Pat's desk is.
Jimmy Graham needed manning as a qb , I swear he misses catches constantly because he always goes up with one hand
This is what separates PM from AR - Peyton made the decision to lead. Aaron is being led. If he doesn't hold JG accountable for that mistake, then what's going to change next time?
I like JG as he seemed like a nice guy during his time in Seattle. Unfortunate to see him not doing so well in GB.
FriedToast hes arrogant and doesnt block and has not put up much other than in the redzone ever since he got paid by the saints
Does Jimmy Graham have two hands is the best thing I've ever seen
Opening the video to “Does Jimmy graham have two hands” absolutely made my day
basically sent Austin Collie into a porta potty for 20 minutes
Mamba mentality
Pat, I have to admit, I didn't know who you were, nor what position you played, until I started to watch your channel. I can tell you now, that I thoroughly enjoy all of the stories you tell. You are a natural at what you do!! The stories you tell are full of fun and humor. You speak with enthusiasm, and fluency. The stories you tell are ones that no one else could tell like you do! Keep up the good work!
“Could’ve been the 1st or 2nd half”.
Can we just imagine if Peyton was the QB for Odell
...Yea, I was thinking the same thing about Jimmy Graham, just go up with two hands 🤦🏾♂️... At minimum, that game should have went to overtime
I played ball against austin collies little brother dylan in high school....that family can ball
I used to have him in fantasy when i was like 8 lol. He was a monster.
Won my league that year after picking him up in week 2. Crazy good before injuries.
Brees made Graham Sean Payton knew how to use him
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BRINGING THIS UP. I was screaming at the tv with almost all of his attempts. Rodgers is a sisdy when it comes to that shit. Graham is done please send him home..
That’s my quarterback!
"How bout that red 18?" 😉👉
Manning is so far is the best QB n the NFL , is intellect of only ¹ to use no huddle offense always , also save the team money cuz virtually never had to punt on 4th down, he wood chew the clock up like a powerful run n team, and he could run , against the
vikes with Indy he ran for over a 100+ yrds and beat m ,vikes tried to blitz every play and he only maybe had 150yrds passing that game ,
If Austin collie didn’t get his bell rung so much he would of been the 🐐
When I moved to the US, Peyton's charm on TV, commercials and funny skits, won me over to cheer him on and start watching the NFL. Hearing the Peyton stories from Pat confirms to me that he was control freak about his craft, the Onion news video on Peyton made me wonder at first.
Peyton, a cool dude outside the NFL, but a scary one inside, hehe.
I wish you and your team would do your stories animated, I could see it being phenomenal!!
Does anyone know what the microphone stand he is using is called ?
It's weird to see pat's desk this clean
Peyton threw him so many hospital balls
I know most people would probably pick Brady as their all time qb if they were building a dream team full of all time greats in their prime. Others might go with other throwbacks like Joe Montana or Dan Marino.
I would 100% take Peyton Manning everytime and twice on Sunday. By far the highest qb IQ, most prepared, and capable passer I've ever seen. The guy could just devise plays at the line of scrimmage that could dismantle any defense you threw at him.
Damn. I ruined those same J's in 1 wrong step...🚶🏾♂️...MUD 🤦🏾♂️
Now this is a cool format for McAfee-great story. Love this whole look and feel for sports talk.
Collie was the man!
Peyton would never of said that to Marvin Harrison.
Video: *Involves Pat Mcafee*
Comments: *Somehow relates it to Troy Polamalu in the C gap*
Peyton throws a bad pass and blames the receiver for not catching it👍🏼
"You make me sick I can't even look at you right now...get in the pota potty.."
Next possession: "get in there SHUT THE DOOR!" 😂
LOVE PAT MCAFEE ~~~~ definitely one my favorite players of ALL TIME......this dude = AWESOME •••• come on bro.....try say something different......... LOVE U PAT stay safe...... keep doin what you do....... PEACE
I can only imagine what Peyton thought of Odell catching that ball with one hand by his brother 🤔
You are missing the point....
it's not about the 1 handed catches...its about respecting Fundamentals over showboating or flashy play ..... He was all about professionalism over the Highlight reel
The productive result continuously release because squid nationally touch before a cheap ocelot. royal, sordid afterthought
Damn since with the deal with ESPN and DAZN it looks like the UA-cam channel magically figured out the UA-cam algorithm. Congrats boys.
Bro that hit in that Jacksonville game was scary AF... then the hit in the Eagles game, fuck man I thought Austin was dead bro.
Damn, Pat Mcafee goin against his name & releasin viral videos with this vid here. 150k views in just 8hrs? Awesome story bro & your show is straight 🔥
Austin Collie didn't come from nowhere, he fucking merked my high school in state.
you need an animation for some of your stories they would be awesome
This is why Baker Mayfield is better without Odell Beckham . He can't call him out ,but now he is hurt so moot point .
My basketball coach was the same way about fading from the basket.... I faded for a game winner made it and he benched me the next game to prove his point 😂
Get on the sideline. Coming from the guy leading collie into certain death 2 or 3 times lmao
Love the Colts stories Pat....that was my 10 years of living downtown Indy...GREAT MEMORIES!!!!!!
Does anybody know where to find the video of this?? Or what game this happened in? I've been looking for an hour now and can not find it anywhere.
collie was soooooo good. dang injuries.
BEST Story. Manning is Football.
Austin: if you ever throw the ball and get me killed like that again!
Peyton: Okay, I understand *mahahaha*
Austin: Wait what...... *dead*
Packers fan here. I feel for a rod plus the game could have been won if he put two hands on it. I started like jimmy less when i saw that nonsense. Being 6 7” and not jump put two hands on ball get a td in a critical moment. Unacceptable.
Payton “the Sheriff” Manning.. a truly Great Quarterback
Yep accountability is a real thing...some of these young fellas in the league these days need to pay attention.
Would've been funny seeing Odell playing with Payton. He loves the 1 handed grabs.
You should bring minshew on the show.... and try to call a game with romo! 🔥
Is it cause Jimmy missed like 3 ,one-handed catches last night???cause he could of had that jump in the end zone one for sure,if he only used 2 hands....but wtf does Peyton Manning know right??? ;)

*Collie:* “No I am not...”
