BEWARE: you cannot buy replacement cables for this mic. Deity do not answer emails and this mic isn't even on their website anymore. It says a lot about Deity that they won't answer emails about a product they no longer sell. No advice nothing. I will never have anything to do with them again.

They might not have the D4 on their website anymore, but the D4 Mini is still there. Plus you said you can’t buy a replacement cable? I’m on their website right now and looking at the C21 3.5 TRS to USB C Coiled audio cable for $18.
As far as not being able to get ahold of anyone at Customer Service, I can’t speak on that. I know when I have reached out, I’ve always gotten a response. That seems very uncharacteristic of Deity. I’ve used their mics for years and haven’t had any issues.

@@RoyFlorez No you are not. Send the link. So you are telling me that the TRRS to USB-C cable is on their website right now are you. No it isn't that's a lie. And the D4 mini is not even remotely like the V-Mic D4. For one thing it doesn't even take a battery and has a 3.5mm jack input not a USB-C input. Fucking hell mate have some attention to detail.

@JWS1968 I know it’s not the same but I’m just saying there is a cheaper alternative. It’s not uncommon for companies to phase out product for new products to come in.

@@RoyFlorez Like I said earlier have some attention to detail. That is the TRS to USB-C not the TRRS to USB-C. It is for timecode. The USB-C in the cable for the V-Mic D4 is proprietary meaning it is coded/engineered to be used solely with the V-Mic. If you plug in a standard TRS to USB-C as I have already tried you will find the mic does not turn on.
