Idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease:
Def: Chronic nonspecific inflammatory reaction
Causes: may be genetic disorders, autoimmune reaction (Normal intestinal flora), infections, and psychological stress.
Classification: Ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
Ulcerative colitis occurs in large intestine starts in the rectum but Crohn's disease occurs in the terminal ileum.
Age: occurs in the young adult in both sex (20 - 30) years old
clinical pic: Both of cases complain from attack and abdominal pain but
Ulcerative colitis: make diarrhea and bleeding Crohn's disease: thinking in the rt. iliac region leading to palpable mass.
