  • A few years ago these two young grizzlies paired up in the very early spring. The one was four years old and was always on the small side, he and his sister denned themselves as yearling when their mom was killed by a boar. The browner of the two, was just two years old and on his own for the first time. Finding a partner in crime who had a lay of the land provided him some safety, and knowledge on where to find food. Over a two week stretch these two were inseperable as the y traveled together, fed together, and occassionly stopping to wrestle.

You capture, then generously share, the only authentic slices of grizzly life on the web, as it happens. You are making a valuable contribution to the fundamental knowledge of these magnificent, often misunderstood, creatures. Your work helps make the inevitable interactions safer for both species.
    Thank you sincerely.

Living proof that many gangs of youths neither consist of hooligans nor kick up any fuss. 🐻🐻
(Not even when they consist of grisly bears.)

ua-cam.com/video/PLMlqw5O9_E/v-deo.html Hi Bear Guy! You may not want this link here but I want you to see this new problem in Japan. They could really benefit from your Bear ways. The woman in the video would be a good conduit and she works in the most "positive to bears area." Likely the man cited in same area might be her superior-but she speaks English. You might have your hands full but as you can see by their "culling," they could benefit from your expertise.

If there was an opportunity there, I would jump at it. Crossing borders is tough enough, let alone continents. You have two species fighting for limited land mass over there. I worked with the woman who provided the bear dog at the end of the video and I remember her mentioning her trip to Japan. I wouldn't een know how to start a conversation on this and to who?

@@TheBearGuyCanada I know it's complicated. So sad how the climate change has affected those bears and then how the culling was done.
