This may seem like a stupid question but you are for baking classes where you’re living? Or are you returning to Ireland at some point and again would you be giving baking classes. Yeast baking is very specialized endeavor and I do pretty well at it but I never been exposed to all of the tricks that you are able to do and make such beautiful pastries. I hope you can make it back to me on this. Even though it’s summer here still I managed to put a loaf of bread in the oven late today they just get better and better and I ended up having bread and butter for dinner tonight it was so delicious and that’s all inspired or rather read inspired by you. I’m inspired to finally attempt baguettes… Switching gears, and I say this reluctantly and as someone who loves your channel: I’m sorry, but I beg of you *please* don’t ever use that background track again. Ugh! I wanted to murder that doinky, repetitive music with my bare hands after I was ~1/4 of the way into the video. If anything, just some subtle jazz or something. Especially in a bread video, where I’m going to need to refer back to your instructions and technique several times. I love when you do impressions and tell funny stories or give relevant history while you demonstrate your recipes. Your charming personality is enough :)
