    I will have to say sir, I do not get why you are not skyrocketing this to the top board of cooking show on youtube. Your content is original, interesting, show vegan alternatives that look so amazing I just want to try them, even if I HATE cooking. It's very well paced, not too long, not too short. Only small little thingy is that sometime the camera work could be better, but I can feel you do the best with what you have. You look passionate by what you do, even if you fail. Big thumbs up, I wish you will break through, we need more people like you on the food scene of youtube.

Dulse is super high in iodine, which is healthy to eat once a week or more i can't remember , maybe every day even in small amounts

    would soaking in water first help reduce the saltiness? dry it off then add the liquid smoke?

  • @modestoca25
    @modestoca25 4 роки тому

    I can't say I've tried this but I wonder if you could make bacon (bits at least) out of black olives, you'd definitely have to reduce the salt in the marinade but I wonder if the texture would be more like meat.

    It saddens me that you can only get dulse in a plastic bag/pouch wherever you live. Locals will ONLY buy it in a paper bag to ensure a nice dry texture and to know you're getting it fresh.
