I am sorry to hear that. They will all end up with terrible injuries that become debilitating as they age. I am in this for the health advantages. I trained a comp gym too and suprisingly no one went crazy during rolling. Including the professionals. Stay safe and pre congrats! :)

I love to kneecap pass and I think Mario only attempted it once. (I could be wrong). I think he could have had some luck with stuffing your leg to the ground and working from there. You did an awesome job tracking him throughout the round.
