Every day we are in this market showing visitors to the City how Athenians shop. There is always something new to see and the people are real characters who we consider to be our friends.
I wouldn't argue with him when holding that chopping knife, or whatever it is called! I bet there were 78 records in that lot. I just love looking through a place like that, markets that sell everything is right up my street :-)) Did you buy anything? I don't know what you were buying for your snack?
We bought olives, dried fruit, and nuts for snacks. Also some Loukoumades (last week's video)...TONS of records! Not sure why I didn't shoot video of that room, but it was floor to ceiling like that shelf I showed. 10,000 records, at least! I ended up picking up a couple 45's that were recommended by a collector who happened to be there shopping.
@@JfCLA I dumped thousands of records when we moved house, some collectors editions. Didn't have the room here or time to sell them. Some went to a second hand record shop, but he didn't have the room! Now they are back in fashion, I could have made quite a bit of money, however, it was all skipped! 3000 + singles and 1000 + LPs.
Great production 👍🔥

I love hearing that! Do you bring people to Kpivos? I want to contact Rene (the owner) to send her the link to the video I posted last week.
@@JfCLA we do go there sometimes. I can show Rene the video if you would like.
@@foodaroundathens That would be great! Can I PM you my email to give her? I will try to find her business card….

@@BoB4jjjjs Wow - that's quite a collection! Would have loved to have combed through it
@@JfCLA Yeah, well it is gone now! Shame as I used to play a lot of music at one time.
