If the ball joints do not break free I have ball joints with larger gaps in the requested parts listing www.printables.com/model/396992-requested-and-retired-parts

I had to print the 9.6 files though I don't know if that is the .1 or .2 it talks about. One thing I did find useful is to put a nut on the long screw and tighten it up and it makes breaking the bond much easier and I had a couple tough ones I didn't think would come loose but the nut give you a solid connection to both sides of the ball and not just widen the hole like some of the earlier ones did lol. Though I ended up breaking them trying to get them loose using the standard files.

Good idea. On the plus side the tighter they were the better they will be in the end. If they stay tight you can use a little grease on them.
