    ‘Gym Day’- I like that. I’ve had so many times where I’ve felt weak, tired and unmotivated to go to the gym (even though generally I love training), but I’ve gone anyway, and not only did I feel better about myself afterwards, like Todd said, but most of those times I’ve surprised myself too, without how much weight I was able to lift that day. Amazing things can happen when you just ‘do it anyway’, taking one step at a time.

    • Have your pad prepared
    1. Alcohal
    2. Fun activities
    3. Simple pickup also has a vid on this
    • Have a way to get there
    • Bring a condom
    • Where are you going
    • how are you going to get in there
    1. Know the bouncer
    2. Bring girls
    • who are you going with
    • What is your plan
    • Know your goals (u should do these once in a while)
    1. Pull a girl?
    2. Learning the maximum?
    3. Having the most fun?
    4. Combine learning and success night
    5. Quality or cetainty?
    6. Set challenging but realistic goals for your skill level
    Should I stay in this set?
    • EV model (expected value)
    1. Expected value is the expected success of your night
    2. You should ask yiur self in a set, if it will increase the EV of the night
    Mind set
    • Dont think about getting in state
    • Assume you are enough and follow procedure
    • As a beginner if you have social anxiety issues, you can do exercises to subdue that.(intermediatte and advanced shouldnt have to)
    • Phsycological process
    1. Affirmations-reasons you are the best decision a girl can make, know that you give the girl value, remember past success, watch infield,
    • Physiological process
    1. Acting confident, makes you more confident
    2. Go crazy on the dance floor
    3. Sing loudly to a song on the wat to the club
    • Process process

    Great advice! After a long time being single and a long troubling relationship before (I’m 39 with kids). I had a great night last weekend with my friends. I just naturally made out with a sweet 19 year old student. She was approached by some other guys at the same time. All younger, taller and good looking 😄 But she said, that I was the one to go with 😄 Unfortunately we both where from far away and she had to leave with her friends: This is already a crazy progress for me, because I never talked to girls before. My ego was sky high. I will use this experience to realize that I can do it, that I am a great guy and have something to give and that I will enjoy the learning and progress. Guys. If you are 39 and single, and never talked to women before. You can do it! 😄 I did it. So everyone can 😄

    Love the "gym day" analogy. Sometimes I have thought about game like this even though some guys think that "you can't be too logical". I have noticed that when I commit to goals that are not easy (NoFap, trying heavier weights than the previous week, meditating daily), I tend to have better control of willpower and push through those situations when it's not readily desirable.

      Same here. It's working the "will power muscle". The more you use it, the easier it is to ignore the bad feelings and keep pushing through the obstacles. Just like your daily or weekly routines, game can be turned into a routine, which makes it easier to execute.

    What he says about the psychological aspect is incredibly true. If you feel like you're losing all the time, you can stay motivated for a while, but eventually you'll break. I went out for many years, really studying game and practicing it. I'd reflect on my results and try to adjust what I thought needed work. Along the way I started working out and did whatever would improve my confidence.
    Eventually, I had built my body into one worthy of being in the next Baywatch film, had approached so much I had no approach anxiety in 99% of situations. I knew most of the bartenders and bouncers at the places I frequented, and would routinely see people I knew when I was out. I'd move through the venue with confidence, hit the dance floor, go to my table, whatever.
    However, one day I realized that I had gone out no less than 1,000 times, and had not pulled a girl once. After that, every additional night of going home alone was not only a certainty, it added to the frustration and feeling of failure. I had done everything I could yet was still failing miserably. Eventually I gave up because I felt I'd tried everything and couldn't get even an ounce of success. Meanwhile most of the guys in my group had less game, less confidence, knew less people, were in worse shape than me, yet they'd pull anywhere from 20-50% of the time. I couldn't understand it.
    The frustration and embarrassment became too much to take and I gave up...I still daygame sometimes, but my mental state is so shot that even though I can get them smiling and laughing, I still can't get them interested in me.

      @@harsh3948 I went out with a coach once, he actually did it for free because we had talked for a while and I happened to be taking a trip to his area.
      When I met him he immediately said "wow, you really do look like your pictures". He doubted that I was actually as jacked as I looked in my pictures.
      Anyway, we started day gaming together and I was more energetic, approached more girls more often and was generally the one doing most of the approaches, openings and carrying of the conversations.
      After a while we'd had lots of interactions but nothing more. He took me back to their "headquarters" and introduced me to some of the other coaches.
      We all went out, yet as always I got no results. In the end he was lost for words. He said I clearly didn't have an inability to approach, I carried conversations better than he did, hell he even told me he was going to use some of MY approaches lol. On top of it I had the looks too.
      He couldn't understand what he was seeing and just kept apologizing because he couldn't understand what the problem was.
      The head coach of the group very quickly started ignoring and avoiding me. I found out that it was because he felt intimidated by me because I could "keep up" with him and he didn't like it. He liked being the best approacher, most confident guy in the group.
      I'm sure it sounds like I'm making all this up but F*ing christ I WISH that was the case. The level of frustration that comes with having everything you need in spades yet still failing across the board is indescribable.

    • @DivingDonut
      @DivingDonut Рік тому

      How personal are you, when gaming? I am a fucking beginner, but your experiences mirrors something I have seen quite often with me:
      I am a recovering social retard, and years of abuse in my childhood, from many people, have equipped me with 2 particular social skills:
      I can appear invulnerably confident and I am usually the funniest guy in the room, at least on my "good" days. By now I am also built like a brick shithouse, I dress well, I look good, I can by now carry conversations reasonably well, my trouble is in approach and escalation. Still, on these good days some success should come.
      There never was any. On days I am way less "in the zone", I actually get numbers. I actually get real personal connections with women, if I dont fuck up the approach. The escalation is still hard lmao
      Because instinctively people notice when the mask is up, and as men that are very strong (dangerous), any appearance of mask is a threat, way more than in less strong men.
      So maybe less perfect, more personal is the answer.
      The other Idea I might have from following Todds stuff: What if the value you project is actually so high, that skipping most "gamey" conversation methods becomes -maybe even- necessary. If you project being perfect, what is there to add to you? What availability do you have?
      Maybe stuff you tried already, just spitballing. Good luck brother.

    • @fuzzypanda1684
      @fuzzypanda1684 Рік тому +1

      @@DivingDonutNah, that's all good stuff man, appreciate it. You're definitely on the right track with the idea of "gaming too hard". If you're not a very attractive guy, not in great shape etc. then gaming is essential.
      But if you're a good looking guy who's in great shape, gaming can actually hurt you. They'll think, why is this guy trying so hard? If you're attractive, you need to act like you get female attention all the time and DGAF how this one reacts to you. As such, you're not trying to be "on", or trying to be funny, because you don't have to be.
      Event though I know that, it's still hard for me to turn everything off and be nonchalant. Not giving AF is the hardest for me by far, because I do give AF and the closer I get to closing the more nervous I get that I'll mess it up.
      So I feel ya, and I'm right there with you.

      whats watching the thinker? can you elaborate?

    • @stephenhughes5156
      @stephenhughes5156 4 роки тому

      @@Mysteryboy0007 Late reply, I just saw this. Well watching the thinker is a term that Eckhart Tolle uses (though of course it is a very old idea). It basically means observing your thoughts as they happen, rather than identifying with them. It's hard to explain, but it's essentially being present/mindful. Read the Power of Now (as most PUA's recommend) and you'll understand a lot better.

    Question: How do I know what goals are reasonable? I'm just starting out and I have approach anxiety. I approached 12 girls (some sets) over the past weekend at night, but not without some level of fear or anxiety. I'm not sure where to place myself in this process and I don't know what to do everyday to improve.

    Question: it's early on in the night and the first set you run is going really well. What's the best way to make the girl feel comfortable enough to ditch her friend(s) and leave with you that early in the night? Or is it better to step away talk to other girls and try to reconnect with her later on in the night?

    • @davethebest123
      @davethebest123 3 роки тому

      I'd say the latter but make sure you grab her number and text her at the end of the night if you do not bump into her ;)

    I'm new to this and just wanted some insight
    what are some of your guys stats in terms of results ?
    I have approached 97 girls, 1 same night lay, some numbers but I have been ignored most of the time.
    Can I expect these stats to get better? Or is 1 in 100 good/normal?

    • @mcearl8073
      @mcearl8073 5 років тому

      p zuzu That seems pretty bad but I suppose without knowing everything it’s hard to say. If you’re just walking up to 100 random girls who may be all 8,9, 10s and you’re s 6 or 7 at best then that’s probably ok. I’d probably lower your standards a bit and practice on some low value girls and get some successes in.

    How does this stuff work for a full time single dad who has, maybe, 1 night a month to go out? Otherwise it's kid activities, lifting weights, dropping fat, working, doing activities that are active....so going out on the scene is a lot less appealing.
