I love your comparison between Benton green tea toner vs Isntree green tea toner. It's indeed very hard to say which is better than the other because both products' formulas & texture are just so good but for different directions. Like you said it all boils down to your skin type for this showdown - Benton for dry skin, Isntree for oily skin. I personally think these 2 brands are THE BEST in the market when it comes to green tea toner or green tea skincare products, period.
I appreciate that you always show us the consistency... not many reviewers do and it´s so helpful to the people watching who know their skin and can tell whether it´s suitable
Hydration = water replenishment Moisturization = oil replenishment Healthy skin has an optimal balance of water and oil in the skin. Dry skin lacks oil so it needs lots of moisture, dehydrated skin lacks water so it needs more hydration. Anyone, no matter their skin type (dry, normal, oily, combo) can experience dehydration. And believe it or not, even oily skin should have some kind of moisture (oil) in their skincare. Oily skin can become even MORE oily if you completely deprive it of a healthy amount of oil (even if it's just a little) as well as hydration. As a result, it will produce more sebum to compensate for the lack of oil and water in the skin. Hope that helps! xx
Can you do a series on your favorite cleansers, toners, serums etc. Like a video on each of these separately? I know you get to try a lot of them, so would be helpful to know what is good for what specific issues. Thanks again 😘
when I have breakout I always reach out Benton bha aloe skin toner it’s amazing calming my skin and makes pimple disappear with 0.5 salycic acid it’s so gentle I use it daily
I just started using the Benton green tea toner last week and I love it! Very hydrating and I usually use it in cotton masking. The Benton Deep Green Tea Toner vs Isntree Green Tea Fresh Toner "battle" ...It's interesting to hear an opinion from a person that has a different skin type. On my oily acne prone skin they feel pretty much the same, but like you said the Benton one feels slightly more hydrating. But yea for me the difference doesn't feel that big, but my skin needs the balancing and doesn't need extra hydration even. Might be Benton for the winter and Isntree for summer for me. Luckily my skin likes them both, I want to try the emulsions too. I have high hopes they'll work for my skin too. ^^ Laneige Cream Skin Refiner I love for my dry eyes, cannot use for my whole (oily) face but my dry eyes I really love it.
I have oily skin and I use the isntree green tea toner, IT BROKE ME OUT. Like I had big and super red pimples the next day :"(( idk it was so hard for me to recover from the pimple marks that it caused

I think I would use the isntree toner as a first essence to get that hit of green tea as the concentration is so high and then follow up with a regular hydrating toner
The Laneige cream skin refiner is a holy grail product for my dry/rosacea and eczema prone skin. My skin just drinks it up and can take two or three layers at a time. I don't always use it at the toner stage though, depending on the texture of my other products and often use it at the serum stage after a light weight serum. This obviously means I use it after my first essence, facial spritz and toner/essence stage. No matter how dry, red or sensitive my skin is (even during a flare) it never stings or burns and I just love it. After hearing the comparison I think I will stick with it, though I may try the thank you farmer at some point for a morning alternative. The Laneige helps my skin deal with the side effects of tretinoin and is a constant in my routine. I swap and try out many of the other steps, but this is something I don't want to do without. Be well and best wishes.

Love love loveee this! So glad you recommended a dupe (ish) for the Laneige Cream Skin Refiner so I don't have to dish out money to get that one (for my mom, not for me). Also, personally loved your review of the green tea toners since the Benton one sounds right up my alley. Someone mentioned vitamin C this or that in one of your previous video's comments, so I'll second that. Could you also this or that the h. cordana (sp?) extract that you said you loved? I've heard you mention it so many times now, in this video but also in your propolis videos, and would love either an in depth review of product recommendations for the ingredient, or a this/that of the ingredient. :)
@@91msag hii would you recommend the thank you farmer rice toner? I have dehydrated, sensitive, oily acne prone skin and I've been wanting to try out this toner for a long time
Never in my life I've seen a video where I see this many products that I actually have myself (5/7!)😄 The green tea toners are still waiting for their turn to be opened...do you think these both could be put into a spray bottle and misted to the face? I actually put Laneige cream skin refiner into a spray bottle because I didn't like the original bottle of the 50ml trial size packaging. Often times I still spray it to my palm instead of straight to the face but I still prefer the bottle I chose. There was Benton Deep green tea toner mentioned here, but I still want to recommend the lotion too for anyone with normal, combo or oily skin because it was awesome! It's like a lightweight moisturizer and excellent during summer or under makeup/spf. (My bf liked it too, and that made it easier to use up the 120ml product in 6 months.) The nozzle is frustrating in use so I highly recommend getting a separate pump bottle to decant the lotion into👍🏻 The ingredient list is so good❤️
Omg i’ve been curious about the benton and isntree green tea toner, and finally this video came with both of them🥰 btw i just found graymelin the last frontier toner interesting and wondering what your thoughts about it tho, i just really trust your opinions😂 and also stay safe there💓

My skin must be broken lol Cause I've used the benton and isentree green toner and I had the opposite effect. The Benton was a bit drying for me and the Isentree felt more moisturizing. Maybe I had a bad batch? I'm about to use the Benton one again to see if I still get the same results.
What are your thoughts on the Tony Moly Chok Green Tea toner? Do you think the Innisfree one is better? I'm tryiing to find a good green tea toner on Amazon Canada. I don't see the Benton green tea toner but I can find the Tony Moly and the Innisfree. Your suggestion?
Hi Kelly how does the Bonajour Green Tea Water Bomb toner compare to your green tea toners in the video? Is this toner hydrating and moisturizing? I have DRY skin so i was curious how you've been liking it? Thanks!😙

What was the dupe she recommended, or which video did she recommend it in? It looks lovely but $$$
@@bluexcello the first comparison she did was between Thank You Farmer or Laneige. So the Thank You Farmer product would kinda be the dupe here
@@91msag hii would you recommend the thank you farmer rice toner? I have dehydrated, sensitive, oily acne prone skin and I've been wanting to try out this toner for a long time
Which one is the best thanku farmer toner or I m from rice toner
I'm wondering the same thint
(My bf liked it too, and that made it easier to use up the 120ml product in 6 months.) The nozzle is frustrating in use so I highly recommend getting a separate pump bottle to decant the lotion into👍🏻 The ingredient list is so good❤️
Such a great breakdown, thanks! Have you compared the HA toners with Hada Labo's Premium Lotion?
Yes!!!
I have benton aloe bha and green tea toner, which one first to apply?
Omg i’ve been curious about the benton and isntree green tea toner, and finally this video came with both of them🥰 btw i just found graymelin the last frontier toner interesting and wondering what your thoughts about it tho, i just really trust your opinions😂 and also stay safe there💓
I recently bought the Iunik Tea tree relief toner... I have oily skin.... What do u think about that toner??? Any thoughts would love to hear from you!!!!!
will the isntree green tea toner make the skin look darker when applied?
My skin must be broken lol Cause I've used the benton and isentree green toner and I had the opposite effect. The Benton was a bit drying for me and the Isentree felt more moisturizing. Maybe I had a bad batch? I'm about to use the Benton one again to see if I still get the same results.
What are your favourite chemical exfoliator? 😊
I'm curious if I can layer HA toner with a Green tea toner, to get the antioxidant benefits before sunscreen?
What are your thoughts on the Tony Moly Chok Green Tea toner? Do you think the Innisfree one is better? I'm tryiing to find a good green tea toner on Amazon Canada. I don't see the Benton green tea toner but I can find the Tony Moly and the Innisfree. Your suggestion?
I love your channel and you ❤️ I love k beauty. New subscriber 💁🏻♀️
Question, how many toners can you layer/use on your face at a time?
Is the innisfree green tea toner leaves stain on the skin? Please answer
Hi Kelly how does the Bonajour Green Tea Water Bomb toner compare to your green tea toners in the video? Is this toner hydrating and moisturizing? I have DRY skin so i was curious how you've been liking it? Thanks!😙
The bonjour texture is actually more like the Isntree HA toners! I need to test it out a little more for a solid opinion but yeah definitely thicker and more HA like than these green tea toners!
Can you do a review on secret key tea tree toner plz 🤗
I really like what youre doing 🙆🏻♀️🦋
We needed some comparison thing 😍
Not only whats new in kbeauty🤫
The tea tree variant contains alcohol, so i would personally stay away from it :)
@@samyuktharamesh26 yea i wasnt satisfied with the result🥺🥺
Kelly, how about the Bonajour Green Tea toner?
This color suits you so much 😍
Thank you!
You're welcome ❤
If a little bit of dimethicone doesn't bother you, I would highly recommend to deviate a bit from K-toners and try Paulas' C. Advanced Replenishing Toner, it's full packed of amazing ingredients and lipids, so acts like a liquid moisturizer and also has very milky texture
Yasss! Thank you so much for this ❤ I ordered a Mugwort toner from Wishtrend a month ago. It's still overseas due to COVID. They are trying to kill me. 😒
found you from your colab with james welsh
Yay!! Welcome! 💕
This is completely ransom but could you give a short review of the skincare shelf in the background ( this comment) and maybe share the link? I really need something like that but have no idea where to buy one. Love your channel xoxo
Idk about review but the link is in the description box
Have you ever tried the CELLBN 100% Original Houttuynia Cordata Extract? or other products with Houttuynia Cordata Extract as the main focus?
I literally was hesitating between the two green tea toners, bought the Isntree one yesterday haha I wonder what you'll say and hope the one I got is the best one for me :)
Great video Kelly 👍🏾! Question for you for dryness associated with retinoid adaptation which would you suggest the Farmers Toner or Laneige Cream Skin? Love your content!
I think the laneige cream skin refiner would be a wise choice!
Kelly Driscoll Thank you so much for the response!
That was really helpful!!! Thankyou ☺️
Hi! I watched your video on k-beauty products you changed your mind on and you said you’re obsessed with toners and essences.
Can you do your faves/best recommendation videos? 💖 I’d like to add one in my routine that is worth the money
