I'm a self taught dancer and gymnast and I've never known how to my splits I've done every youtube video and app to try to get them but all the exercises are for flexible people but yours are for everyone so thank you for that I love your videos especially the lyrical dance routine that my favorite your a amazing dancer:)
I get my butterfly stretch properly. I can get it totally flat and can even touch my nose to the ground! But ive been doing stetches for splits over a month now and still havent got them!😭 So im gonna try these!!!
I think it means that you have good hip flexibility but you need to work on stretching other muscles too! I might be wrong but this is just my theory 😊

Hi Miss Auti! I wanted to get into dance but I'm just not sure about a good schedule to show significant improvement say in like 6 months to a year. Like would dancing everyday help or be more likely to cause muscle fatigue or and every other day would be better? Or should I dance for like 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening or 4 hours all together? Should I dedicate some days to stretching or certain types of dance or do them all together? I have so many questions! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

nah don't worry, stretch marks aren't from stretching. they're something that most people have, especially around your age. I've struggled with them a lot, but don't worry you're beautiful
When I sit in a straddle, I can't open my legs wide, but I don't feel a stretch. When I get someone else to open my legs wider, I'm super close to my splits, and it's a nice stretch (I can feel it but it doesn't hurt; it's probably around my limit) but as soon as they let go, I can't hold my legs in that position. What can I do?
With that Children's Pose, all my teachers yell to make our butts touch the heels, but I can't do that, and I don't feel any stretch anywhere?? I've tried pushing me back with my arms and different positions, but I never achieve a single stretch in that position. I always wonder what am I missing or doing wrong.
Okay so here I’m being honest I’m never the flexible one But I badly wanna learn gymnastics and dances I think for that I need to have a high level of flexibility I can make it happen I’ll definitely get my splits
