I love what you said about not being afraid to take up space! I literally feel myself shrink when me being vegan gets brought up and I really need to work on being more outspoken and proud of it. I think talking about it like it's no big deal and completely normal and showing that confidence in it is so important when talking to non-vegans.
I've been vegan for 12 years and while it's getting easier, it's still my biggest challenge when talking to people about it.
