It really was, always such a good laugh when we all get together like this! It’s why we started the channel! 👍

Love it guys keep it up. Doesn’t matter how much you catch, fly will always be more rewarding.

Cheers mate! And there’s definitely some big Grayling to be had out of here for sure! And apparently Chub now too!

    Ha ha! Great video, men!
Plucky performance from the fly lads, but come on?? Trout on maggots??😅
Bait will always beat fly in terms of numbers of fish, and trout are pretty stupid when it comes to real food! I'd maintain there's no greater pleasure than tying your own fly, presenting it, and catching a fish on it (trout, grayling, chub, perch, whatever).
However, before any fly only purists have a pop at Joel, I can certify he can cast a mean fly, too!
My favourite methods, centrepin and fly, although for me winter is when centrepin trotting is at its finest!
    Good luck, albion lads! 👍👍

Too right, I can out fish the fly by quite a margin in the rivers I frequent, as the Brown Trout and Grayling are few in numbers, it could be a confidence thing, but I can fish the fly with the same effort and not be rewarded.
