I’ve been silently watching UA-cam for years and I’ve never left a comment on a video before, but I just wanted to let you guys know that the bit in this video where you all talked about how everyone deals with confrontation & healing differently really just changed something inside me. I’ve been trying to heal from something for 3 years and I always regretted never confronting the person that did it to me, and it wasn’t until now that I realized it’s because I didn’t feel safe enough to. I absolutely love how the entire cast balances their wisdom with goofiness and it gives me hope that I can return to my silly nature one day. Great episode as always :)
You shouldn't feel like you *have* to confront them, either, even now. Lots of people will tell you it's a necessary step to get closure, but for some people it isn't. Coming to terms with your own feelings about it and accepting that the actions of others who have hurt you were out of your control, but you can continue on living your life despite the hurt you've been dealt... that's really what matters, that's what "confronting it" is about. You're not a coward, or doing it wrong, or whatever, for handling your own healing in your own way.
@@islaythejabberwokkyto add, it’s 100% ok to only “confront” someone through writing it on paper or an email or a voice memo that never leaves your possession.

My husband is romanian and when i was pregnant we were going through romanian names as i wanted our sons middle name to be traditional. I like a specific name that turned out to be a nickname for his brothers name, this name is also super common among the family. I asked if it was ok and he said yes since his brother is a very important part of his life, for much of their childhood it was just them and his brothers always taken care of him. He didnt tell me until a year later that a childs middle name is traditionally THEIR FATHERS NAME, so essentially our sons name implies hes actually my brother in laws baby. I was mortified but my husband just laughs and says he loves the name and his brother is honored by the gesture
Romanian here. This is the first time I've heard of this, and no other Romanians I know or family members have their father's name as their middle name. And maybe if it is an older tradition or local thing in the area he's from, it's probably still not that common. So I wouldn't worry too much if I were you 😆
@@alexandrubuturas1291it was apparently the norm before romanians adopted the patronymic system! most people's names would be "Given - Father's - Grandfather's" before a reform in 1850s that established a "Given - Given (optional) - Patronym" naming principle

"She was way too into me" BRO WHERES THE ACCOUNTABILITY 🤣 you were IN HER. Polyamorous woman here, veeeery crucial to have communication before AND DURING.
I fault them both in this case- he could have said something to her when he saw she was being excluded. She could have said something to them, when she felt like she was getting left behind. It can be awkward, but it's essential, esp in ENM.
All of them were so respectful of this open relationship which is very cool but i couldn’t help but feel like there was a hole in the story when the wife literally watched her husband finish with this specific third even when after the fact he’s like “yeah she was too into me”??? Like sir - this is not yalls first rodeo and suddenly you forgot your wife at the finish line? Huh?!
I don’t like that she said they just do it with women too. Like I get it if maybe only she is bi or something but idk in these situations it feels a little weird when it’s just the guy doing it with 2 women. Also he should’ve put a stop to it if he tried multiple times to include her and then it wasn’t working (I know she could’ve too but I can only imagine the heart shattering experience she just had just watching THEM in THEIR intimate moment). In situations like that respect and communication is crucial and it seems like he just got what he wanted and was like , “oh yeah sorry about that”.
@@ChrystalVanDusseldorp the devastating truth. It really interesting how often people are also really good at spotting issues in others' relationships but are often completely oblivious to their own lol
"The age gap is big, but he *looks* and *acts* young so it's okay. :)" Okay. 99% of the time, *that's* the problem with those relationships. If anybody acts like they are far, far less mature, and like they're in a younger part of life, they mentally did not grow beyond that part of life. So no. That's not good, actually. xD
First off, you've never drank from a water source that stops your body and mind from maturing and dying so I think you should maybe put yourself in other people's shoes before you just start judging 250 year olds. 😡 😂😂😂😂🫂
I'm single, been for years and have never really had anything to hide. I put my phone down face down because I would keep checking every notification if the screen was up. It's so natural to me and to me it's insane that people think it's cheater behavior
I doubt they think that alone is cheater behaviour! It's probably in combination with other stuff like always bringing the phone everywhere, tilting it away etc.
I’ve been accused of being sus as well when literally it’s my way of trying to lock in with the person I’m with. The action has been tarnished by cheaters.
it’s definitely only suspicious if it’s in combination with other suspicious behaviour!! Both me and my partner just put our phones down without thought tbh, sometimes with the screen facing down and sometimes without. There’s nothing else suspicious about phone usage so it’s not thought about more by either of us
I have to be really really stoned to have enough personal security to leave my phone face up but I was also the kid that stole books from the school library because of the strange, unexplainable embarrassment and horror I had for 99% of my life about people knowing what I was reading or watching. I literally just don’t want people to see my normal ass app alerts. I hide my phone screen so my parents don’t see my UA-cam notifications when we’re out getting lunch and I’m a grown adult😂 I do feel like it was a little more fair that I didn’t want the stern mom librarian to see I was checking out manga and horror books 💀 not being asked why I like something but just “what are you reading/watching/looking at” and then intense judgement from adults and peers was too much for my little audhd brain to handle
i grew up in a household without ANY privacy, so it's second nature for me to place my phone face-down or turn off my notifications or hide my screen. i've never had a room to myself in my life so tilting the screen away while my siblings tried to look over my shoulder is a subconscious thing i do. and usually it's not even anything i have to hide! sometimes it's just a smosh video but i'm so conditioned to hide my screen that i do it anyway. i feel like sometimes it's just the type of person you are. crazy.

Second story theory: Clearly this adult man is still playing Pokemon Go, and the coffee shop is in a hot zone of prime poke stops. He is hiding his phone from her when they’re together and isn’t explaining his activities because he’s embarrassed.
Honestly you may be 100% right! In college when it came out my friend and I would wall around the city, and there was a pokestop like 2 stores over from her building so that's what she would do
This is the only alternate theory that I can accept. I've been lucky enough to never really care too much what people think about my hobbies, but I understand the concept. There's this weird stigma against playing Pokemon in adulthood, which I think is dumb, so maybe he was self-conscious, but just didn't want to miss all those good raids and pokestops.
I love Reddit stories because it's the perfect balance of silly and earnest. Seeing Angela and Spencer be genuinely thoughtful and considerate while also being lil goofballs is the perfect mix. I hope this show never goes away.
For the TikTok relationship test one, I’m reminded of the “name a woman” video. Even people who are normally very competent will just forget how to answer simple questions when put on the spot.
I mean, that's the entire point of those videos; it's well-known that a lot of people's brains blank under pressure, especially when they know they're being recorded, and they leverage that fact to cause drama between couples in order to farm views.
Hell, even when someone (especially in a bit of a group setting or when I’m rather nervous) asks me my name my answer is sometimes “Uh…. [Danandhoe]” for some reason. As if I have to think of my own name for a moment. It’s weird.
Story 5 - I'm non-monogamous and have been in this very situation. If the husband felt she was 'too into him', and this third woman was leading the situation in a way not everyone was comfortable (husband would have known the wife was uncomfortable), then it should have stopped immediately. The husbands behaviour is suspicious. It's good to hear he agreed not to meet her again, but he hasnt been entirely honest, and wife is still hurting. More communication is needed, 100%.
The husband didn't cheat, nor he was not acting suspicious. As soon as it was brought up that it made her uncomfortable he agreed to not meet the new girl again. Saying "husband would have known the wife was uncomfortable" is bullshit, people aren't mind readers and not everyone can read body language well. If she was really that bothered there was literally nothing stopping her from ending it. More communication is definitely needed, the wife needs to communicate when she is uncomfortable with something instead of waiting until after and then going to reddit with the issue.
@@Ravensblood95I totally get what you’re saying, but in situations like this you and your partner need to be able to read each other and check in throughout the hook up nonverbally (or verbally if wanted) to see if everyone is happy and comfortable. It sounds like in this specific situation that the wife was really left out and the husband even says he noticed and tried to get the wife more involved but it was failed attempts. it should have been paused after both parties noticed the wife was not receiving the appropriate amount of attention in this situation. Overall, there just really needs to be more communication before, during and after
@Ravensblood95 he said he knew already, but didn't do anything about it while it was happening. If he knew, why didn't he try to fix it right away? He only waited until the wife brought it up.
What pisses me off is the TWO different women who were like “I don’t want to confront him without any proof” WITHOUT PROOF?!?! The first lady SAW HER HUSBAND GET A KISS ON THE CHEEK FROM HER 20 YEAR OLD NEIGHBOR WHILE HE WAS LEAVING HER HOUSE! ARE YOUR EYES NOT PROOF ENOUGH?!?! THE SECOND GOT A TEXT FROM HER HUSBAND BASICALLY SAYING “here’s this nude you asked for” WHEN SHE DIDN’T ASK FOR ONE!!! SOMEONE CLEARLY ASKED FOR THAT PHOTO AND IT WASN’T YOU!!! WHAT MORE PROOF DO THESE WOMEN NEED?!
Seeking tangible proof, as others suggest, is definitely a possibility, especially if you're talking divorce. The financial difference between divorce on grounds of infidelity and divorce on grounds of irreconcilable differences can be considerable. That said, even without that, i get the desire to want more evidence and then more again. Your partner is doing everything they can think of to wallpaper over it and convince you it's nothing--lying at best, gaslighting at worst. Plus you've got a lot of investment in this person, and maybe it's just emotionally easier to blame yourself and believe that it's nothing if it means you don't have to face the betrayal of the person you trusted most.
Concerning your first reference, and precluding any other red flags: I (41M American) have seen men and women in close relationships kissing cheeks as part of their goodbyes for as long as I have lived. My concern isn't about the kiss on the cheek, it's about who it is with. I'd be thinking, "when did you two become so close?"
I'm a single mom to 3, I spend roughly 90 percent of my time with my children. I know them well. And I still draw a total blank whenever someone asks me how old they are, or when I have to verify middle names or birthdays at appointments. It doesn't mean I don't love them or pay attention to them, it just means I forgot for a second, and that's a thing that can happen to anybody. Not everything is that deep.
My brother was born on my 9th birthday, and EVEN THEN I still have to do the math every year for how old he's going to be 😅 He's turning 21 this year😢❤
My mum often forgets the year I was born and I’m her only child. I’ve always found that funny, rather than offensive. My maternal grandparents are grandpa and grandma, as I never called them nor knew them otherwise (they passed away when I was young, though). Hell, I sometimes need a second when someone asks me my own name.
Thats an obvious problem people have, the literal thing they talked about where you blank when asked a question. But that guy called those things "super niche" when they ARENT which proves he doesn't care much to know them. Not only that but if that was the case, he'd just tell her that..? He didn't blank, he just didn't know lmao. If he blanked he would've said that when someone literally asked him if he did in the comments.
I ended up with a insurance problem because when we went to a insta-care place I totally misspelled my daughter's middle name! Insurance then claimed that person didn't exist. oops! 😅 there wew two ways we were gonna spell it and i guess wrong every single time 😅
Like with Tommy, I feel that considering he's already crew, it wouldn't make sense for him to be a cast member, not less that switch over account for a difference in pay, whatever it may be. The two of them already feel like cast members, so I don't really get the big deal about it.
@@janohanovella7385 Been watching since 2021. My understanding is that both he and Tommy are editors, which were originally their only function. But since they gradually appeared in more videos for various reasons (short-staffing, last-minute changes, their obvious on-camera charisma), and have appeared regularly for a while now, they essentially became part of the cast, for all intents and purposes. Essentially, but not officially I suppose. This seeming contradiction, along with their unusual path to semi-cast status, has become an in-joke within the cast, though they don't mention it as much as they used to.
First story..... Girl let the other chick have him if he doesn't even have a bank account. He was already nowhere and looks like he has no hope of going anywhere else
PLENTY of people refuse to use banks, doesn't mean they don't have money lmao. Plus, he could have had a secret bank account. We don't have that information. Don't be a gold-digger stereotype. Regardless, get rid of him because he's a cheater, not because he doesn't have money smgdh.
@@sarkaztik3228eh it’s less a gold digger thing than a responsibility thing. Sure people can choose not to use a bank and that’s their prerogative, but I think OP stated something like “he doesn’t have money like that”, so it sounds like he really doesn’t have savings of any kind. That’s bad if you’re considering a long term relationship bc if you want to eventually buy a house or have kids, you REALLY should both have savings so the financial burden isn’t on any one person. So, both a cheater and potentially not financially stable, no great loss.
@@sarkaztik3228oh be quiet. If anybody was taking advantage of the other in the relationship it was the person who was in a relationship with somebody whose brain was still developing.
For the coffee shop guy, in his defense he might not communicate that he wants alone time because he can’t. I’ve been in a relationship with someone who would get upset if I didn’t want to spend all my free time with her. She didn’t understand that I needed some time for just me. And when I tried communicating that to her, it caused a huge fight.
Why should he be required to even communicate that...if he can understand that his wife wants to spend "her" Sunday morning sleeping in, why can't she understand he wants to spend "his" Sunday morning sitting in a coffee shop wasting time on his phone. The only one lacking in the communication depart is the woman who tracks her husband's phone, is bad at basic math when determining timeframes and will pretend to be asleep to find out when her husband leaves the house. She even sent her sister out on surveillance...this is someone who needs to learn how to communicate.
I mean, the thing is, she didn’t mind him going out for a run or going to the coffee shop on his own. The things she found weird was him staying there, and then lying about it. Everyone tracks phones nowadays, that’s why things like Life360 exist. Granted, her sister, spying on him was pretty creepy and too far, but his behavior was kind of weird. This couple needs a lot more communication on both sides.
@@eyeruscat9439-My ex didn’t mind me going for a run or going to a coffee shop to pick up coffee for her either. Again, I’m not saying this is the case with them, but based on how she framed some of the story and the fact that she sent her sister to spy, I’m willing to bet I’m not far off the mark.
@@eyeruscat9439 But he didn't lie about anything...if he left the house at 9:45, ten minutes there and back each and he said he was there working for about an hour...if he returned at 11:10, that's only 5 minutes of unaccounted time.

For the Slovak story, I'm eastern European and it's a tradition to 1 . Name the son after the father and 2. To name a child after a person you like and hope them to be like them ( me and my sister were named after girls my mom really liked)
Maybe the cousin was suspicious of which one it was (father or just a person she thought was cool), and wanted him to see the kid and witness the reaction.
Yeah I was also like "it is kind of thing to give aspirational names to children sometimes in Eastern Europe" something along the lines of names holding power etc
What I found concerning was the line from the woman "I don't speak any Slavik". How do you not even know the name of your husbands language? Or Shayne might've misspoken.
For the threesome story I think there are two main parts that are making her so uncomfortable with it all. 1) she said he’s never made love to her like he did with the other girl. She’s feeling left out of that connection with him. To me, that would make me spiral into wondering if my partner loves me like how he loved having that moment with the other girl. Maybe they could have someone on one time where she gets to see that he wants to have the type of sex with her too. 2) when she brought up the situation to him, he said “yeah she was definitely way too into me”. He doesn’t acknowledge that he played a role in it and went too far. He puts the blame all on the other girl which makes OP feel bad about questioning his role in it. I think the guy needs to own up and show OP that he wants to have intimate sex with her like that too.
Update!!! SN_1267 • 1 mo. ago • Edited 1 mo. ago (edit is in parenthesis and second paragraph) My ex and I did this. We had made sure to set up rules and boundaries. Why I expected her to follow these seems wild to me now since I found out she had BPD. (It explained soooo much behavior of hers). I got about 5 minutes of attention from either combined. I eventually just left the room, feeling disgusting and sad. I later talked to her about it and how uncomfortable it made me, that I didn't want to do it anymore. The next week she had met up with him on her own, breaking another rule, and also went back on her promise to not see him again. She claimed she was the biggest lesbian too. Wild. It was about 30 minutes while I was in there and she just went wild. I'd never seen that from her. They went for another hour and a half while I just sat in the living room trying not to listen and just watch TV to calm down
That’s what I was locked on to was that she said she was watching them make love and he said asked for this girl specifically as OP mentioned early on in the story and she confronted him and all he said was the girl was to into him last I knew it took two to make love

TO BE CLEAR: Threats of any kind have no place in personal relationships! The fact that she chose a threat based on what she knows from being his partner is, more specifically, emotional abuse. It’s abusive to do anything with the sole intent of causing your partner pain, fear, or discomfort. Without intent it can also be abuse - cruelty is easily learned and runs in families. But regardless of intent it is damaging and destructive - and it matters if your partner cares to figure out how not to hurt you. (That does not include neglecting to do what your partner wants, not meant to give credence to the “you’re abusive because you didn’t clean the house and that upsets me.” Cause abusers also like to claim they/re being neglected in order to pressure/threaten partners into doing something they don’t want to. I’m talking about cruel comments and actions, context is always important.)
Yep. She's _at least_ as toxic as he was. She threatened him multiple times throughout their relationship, and then posted about the follow-through on reddit. She's totally proud of what she did.

I'm from Slovakia and she was joking imho. he probably has some ridiculously common name like Martin or Jozef or Ján and when he asked if the child was named after him she just said yes with the dryest sarcastic tone. and he was there in 2019,the child has to be at most 4years and 4months otherwise the math is not mathing. also the way she describes his demeanor screams honesty
Yes, I also wanted to write that we don't have so many names as option to give our kids. We can give only names from our calendar or very basic foreign names, it is mandated by law.
This was a childhood friend as well - one whose life didn’t afford her opportunities of schooling/life in a Western country (whether real of perceived). I could see her naming her baby after the “boy from the hood who got out and is now a fancy Westerner.” I’m from a Slavic country so this line of thinking makes sense (even though it’s a weird romanticization IMO). Also explains why the cousin (who grew up with largely the same set of opportunities as this woman) specifically wanted to reconnect them. Can some former kid immigrants back up my logic here?
I also think it’s not that weird, in a specific context… if this guy has moved to a different country from a small village, and was successful, he’s probably the guy they all aspire to and talk about the one “who made it”, in that context, imo, I’d see someone naming their kid after him normal. It happens where I’m from (even though I’m not from a village 😅😂)
I completely agree with shane. You don't need to know everything to know that it's a bad situation. The more you know the more hurt you are just understand that you were f***** over they can't undo it and move on.
37:02 speaking as someone who's not Polyamorous, the husband should have stopped the "threesome" immediately when he felt the other girl was too into him and not into his wife. As soon as he recognized that, it needed to end. The wife is definitely within her rights to feel the way she does. But she also needed to bring it up as it happened, and she absolutely needs to have an in-depth conversation with her husband now.
For real, or the wife should have got up and walked away. The act should have immediately ended after that. If not, theres your problem. Something about the wife sitting there watching this just sounds like she went the traumatic route unfortunately
It's also a good idea to have a safe word, for all 3 of them, in the case that something uncomfortable is happening. But sometimes you don't know you need something like that until it happens.
The husband was foul for continuing for sure, so cruel to do that right in your wife’s face. I would never be able to see him without seeing the look he gave to someone else. Also I don’t believe he was chill about letting her go bc he didn’t care, I think he knew what he did and he was trying not to act suspicious.
Hmm, I don't quite agree here, and this is as A polyamorous person though I don't engage in threesomes (some of my partners do though.) Without her specifically indicating to him that she was upset, it may not have been clear whether or not she was into it on some level. Just as his turn on is seeing the third partner engage with his wife, maybe he thought, okay, she isn't stopping this- so maybe it's okay to move forward? She's also vague about how this woman did and didn't include her- I've had couples want to engage with me where it's very clear that the intent is for one partner or the other to primarily interact, while the other is...there. A gigantic component within ENM it's open and clear communication. Talk about everything. Be clear. Be specific. You can have sex with other people? Okay what does sex mean to both partners. It means penetration? Okay penetration where? Is this only at their home or only at your own? If sex is okay is kissing okay? None of this can be assumed, at least until you have some pretty solid groundwork laid. Maybe the husband should have known how to gauge his wife better, but they both need to openly clearly communicate, and she could have said something. You can always say something.

Shayne makes such a good point that I think I will try and use moving forward. I have always had a hard time telling people how I've felt about things because I always view everything as confrontational, however, if it's between people that respect one another it isn't necessarily confrontation but rather communication. That is a great callout!
Loooots of people grow up without learning those skills from people around them (or even worse, are taught to suppress it). It's really sad but I'm proud that there are so many people nowadays breaking those cycles and learning it before bringing up a new generation.
See, as someone who was abused as a child, when you say "simply communicate with them", what I FEEL is "just put your hand on the hot stove! it's so simple!". Like, good for you, but I've already learned... repeatedly... that the stove is hot and WILL burn me. So I'd rather avoid it... Is that rational behavior? No. It's a behavior learned through trauma during formative years. We know it's "simply communication", but that doesn't mean it's easy.
I dated someone that, at 34 years old, "didn't believe in bank accounts". He kept money hiding all over the place. He'd often miscalculate how much he had. He often lost and found money around as well.

Yeah the op has every right to feel the way she does. But more importantly, what happened to the kids. If he really wanted to help why didn't he at least help those kids by calling cps. Even they end out of their mother's custody that might be best right now. And if he really wanted to help the mother, why didn't he try to get her in rehab? I say this as someone whose own family has gone through the same thing.
As a teacher, the lady mad at her spouse over failing a "relationship quiz" makes me worried for her as a teacher because test anxiety is real. I've watched countless students freeze all the way up on information they know on tests
If he just froze up he could've communicated that to his wife and there wouldn't be a problem. I don't think that's what happened when he's calling her allergies super specific niche information he shouldn't be expected to know.
@Bellehrhsgd you put a lot of words into how mouth he never said what he said was "the questions started basic and got more niche, and i couldnt answer some straight away or correctly" so i think its a little strange how youre trying to twist it
@Bellehrhsgd Yeah, no. I freeze up to the point of not being able to answer when asked of my name, so not being able to communicate when put on the spot like that is very understandable for me. Everyone reacts differently to this kinda thing after all!
I love the short pants club of Angela, Spencer and Shayne. Those plan where we can see all of their socks, shoes, and different cuffed jeans or shorter jeans is very satisfying to me. Shayne gets so much shade for his cuffed jeans, while it’s fine, makes me feels like he’s making it a trend of showing socks on camera for all of the cast.
I'm not typically a commenter, but I just wanted to say I love the dynamic of these three! Especially Angela and Spencer. I hope we get more Reddit stories with this group.
With the husband forgetting questions, doesn't matter how obvious, you just slip sometimes. Once my mum (while tired and stressed) forgot my sister's birthday date, when they LITERALLY HAVE THE EXACT SAME birthday. Like yeah it just happens sometimes
Yes! My mom forgot what year I was born for over a year. She also was planning to name me Valerie but randomly changed it last minute and it took her 2 years to remember my name after I was born.
Not having a bank account is fairly common in low income areas. Managed a few hundred rental homes and I’d say 20% of them were unbanked. They use western unions and check cashing places, payday loan places and paid rent in money orders you can get at USPS or CVS. Unfortunately there are many fees associated with being unbanked, and check cashing places frequently prey on the unbanked, keeping the cycle of poverty going. I wish we taught financial literacy in school.

RIGHTT IT WAS PERFECT
That is hilarious 😂
Lmao weird way to become the de facto godfather of your child but good for him lol
Romanian here. This is the first time I've heard of this, and no other Romanians I know or family members have their father's name as their middle name. And maybe if it is an older tradition or local thing in the area he's from, it's probably still not that common. So I wouldn't worry too much if I were you 😆

"She was way too into me" BRO WHERES THE ACCOUNTABILITY 🤣 you were IN HER. Polyamorous woman here, veeeery crucial to have communication before AND DURING.
Great point!!
For real, he's acting like it was all one-sided when he was VERY MUCH participating in that.

I hide my phone screen so my parents don’t see my UA-cam notifications when we’re out getting lunch and I’m a grown adult😂
I do feel like it was a little more fair that I didn’t want the stern mom librarian to see I was checking out manga and horror books 💀 not being asked why I like something but just “what are you reading/watching/looking at” and then intense judgement from adults and peers was too much for my little audhd brain to handle
i grew up in a household without ANY privacy, so it's second nature for me to place my phone face-down or turn off my notifications or hide my screen. i've never had a room to myself in my life so tilting the screen away while my siblings tried to look over my shoulder is a subconscious thing i do. and usually it's not even anything i have to hide! sometimes it's just a smosh video but i'm so conditioned to hide my screen that i do it anyway. i feel like sometimes it's just the type of person you are. crazy.

Second story theory: Clearly this adult man is still playing Pokemon Go, and the coffee shop is in a hot zone of prime poke stops. He is hiding his phone from her when they’re together and isn’t explaining his activities because he’s embarrassed.
My husband and I play it together 😂
Honestly you may be 100% right! In college when it came out my friend and I would wall around the city, and there was a pokestop like 2 stores over from her building so that's what she would do
This is the only alternate theory that I can accept. I've been lucky enough to never really care too much what people think about my hobbies, but I understand the concept. There's this weird stigma against playing Pokemon in adulthood, which I think is dumb, so maybe he was self-conscious, but just didn't want to miss all those good raids and pokestops.

Yup!! I also love when Chance is there too, or Courtney, or Amanda... literally anyone but always Angela!!!
For the TikTok relationship test one, I’m reminded of the “name a woman” video. Even people who are normally very competent will just forget how to answer simple questions when put on the spot.
Yes that was the video that came to my mind as well. Women were fully blanking out even though they could have just said their own name. 🤷🏻♀️
It’s weird.
Ah yes. Billy on the Street
Oof I’ve had moments like that. One time I got the question “What month comes before December?” And I totally blanked. My birthday is in November 🙄
I have been in a situation similar and my hunch is that he has seen her many times alone, secretly already.
"oh yeah, it was weird right?" 👀 Same vibe as Slavic bro
Husbands are masters at gaslighting their wives.
“Kiss? What kiss?”
“Nude? What nude!”
In this instance its possible that when they say proof they may actually mean tangible physical evidence
They probably mean proof so that they have a stronger case in divorce proceedings.
My brother was born on my 9th birthday, and EVEN THEN I still have to do the math every year for how old he's going to be 😅
He's turning 21 this year😢❤
My mum often forgets the year I was born and I’m her only child.

My dad has never had a bank account, and he built his own house. He's paranoid about banks and a little nutty, but he's not broke.
@@sarkaztik3228even if he had money, why would it be okay to lie about it…..
But if I stayed at the coffee shop on my laptop (it was before smart phones) then it was a problem and I would absolutely have to lie to her or she’d pick a fight with me. Again, I’m not saying this is the case with them, but based on how she framed some of the story and the fact that she sent her sister to spy, I’m willing to bet I’m not far off the mark.

honestly it was 2 seconds of action that told a full story arc, it was poetic, and I'm crying from laughter
The bit when Angela with the nerfs are loaded was similar (13:36 ), I think it's so cute because he still has a little smile and just stares at her hahah. Ok the nerfs are in the gun is what she said 😂
For the Slovak story, I'm eastern European and it's a tradition to 1 . Name the son after the father and 2. To name a child after a person you like and hope them to be like them ( me and my sister were named after girls my mom really liked)
So it could be either his kid or not , unless they do a DNA test you can't really know
Maybe the cousin was suspicious of which one it was (father or just a person she thought was cool), and wanted him to see the kid and witness the reaction.
I love how despite this being a lot of extra context, it does absolutely nothing to help figure out which one it is
Yeah I was also like "it is kind of thing to give aspirational names to children sometimes in Eastern Europe" something along the lines of names holding power etc
What I found concerning was the line from the woman "I don't speak any Slavik". How do you not even know the name of your husbands language? Or Shayne might've misspoken.
Angela and Spencer are such a comedic duo, and it fits perfectly with today’s stories. Very nice!
Very good points!
Great take!

(edit is in parenthesis and second paragraph) My ex and I did this.
They went for another hour and a half while I just sat in the living room trying not to listen and just watch TV to calm down
💯
That’s what I was locked on to was that she said she was watching them make love and he said asked for this girl specifically as OP mentioned early on in the story and she confronted him and all he said was the girl was to into him last I knew it took two to make love

yea i think there's a baseline amount of respect by default and it can either go down or up depending on how the person treats me.

Honestly hearing the takes from so many different people on Smosh has opened my eyes to different solutions in tricky situations. All of them mature thought out opinions too, so healthy.

@@ChrystalVanDusseldorpthat's a good point. There should always be a safe word, even when only two people are in the bed together.
The husband was foul for continuing for sure, so cruel to do that right in your wife’s face. I would never be able to see him without seeing the look he gave to someone else. Also I don’t believe he was chill about letting her go bc he didn’t care, I think he knew what he did and he was trying not to act suspicious.
Hmm, I don't quite agree here, and this is as A polyamorous person though I don't engage in threesomes (some of my partners do though.)
Without her specifically indicating to him that she was upset, it may not have been clear whether or not she was into it on some level.

“The nerfs are in the gun” should be on a tshirt. Also the “he didn’t account for the y-axis”. All shirt worthy quotes.
Shayne makes such a good point that I think I will try and use moving forward. I have always had a hard time telling people how I've felt about things because I always view everything as confrontational, however, if it's between people that respect one another it isn't necessarily confrontation but rather communication. That is a great callout!
It always astonishes me how many people go through life without realizing that the way you confront people is you simply communicate with them.
