My favourite songs are all really heavy metal songs cuz of the fact that they express my emotions so well. My overall favourite song is Shattered by Currents, cuz it does such a good job at expressing the anger and pain that comes with depression. The vocals express the anger and frustration, the lyrics express the pain of it

@@drakezeneth2529 It is indeed about the French king... or should I see the French king while the French revolution... That is why ultimatly why the song is actually quite sad... This version just sounds more sad/irritated/Angry (Do not know how to call it...) at himself and the world.
He had everything. But all of the sudden he had nothing and the people he had working under him stabbed him in the back and chopped his head off. (Of course this is the short version of what happened)
Can tell you've worked really hard to be able to do those screams yourself instead of calling in guest collabs. All the hard work paid off. It sounds AWESOME!

This was literally the song that my former class and I used to walk in into the graduation ceremony. The original version has already given me flashbacks to this beautiful moment, but your version? Holy cow, I'm drowning in tears.

I have so many feelings attached to this song, from the nostalgia as a child playing Minecraft to the sadness and pain as an adult hearing this from a close new year eve party while mourning my passing father. Ngl, I cried listening this but it's amazing how so many strong feelings and memories can be attached to some sounds.

This version sounds like an angry king who just lost everything and is about to go on a suicidal rampage against his enemies. Just pure sadness and rage.
As the king's kingdom fell. He nestled in the ruins of the castle walls. He sat there, filled with grief and agony knowing he couldn't save his people. Seeing the lives he couldnt save. He sat in a old wooden chair. There he thought what comes in the distant future. He lost everything, he became pessimistic, filled with grief and hatred for the people who took everything away from him. Later he knew that grieving won't get him anywhere so he learnt to accept defeat. However his hatred made him a promise. He will do whatever he can do in his power to restore his Fallen Kingdom..
