Is it me?? Or the first Black Nomu at USJ looked Stronger than any other High End Black Nomus in the whole series??? (Like he literally had All might almost knocked out and he was still alive on the other hand, Many High end Nomu's were killed and Destroyed by Endeavor , Rabbit etc Pro Heros)
@DBZLevels He didn't even feel All might's 100% Detroit Smash , for his Shock Abosorption , He's probably the Strongest Nomu ever in the series right now

Shigaraki also got an increase in his strength against star and stripe it was proven when his hair grew longer and he was also immune to new order quirks after his strength increased

He was at 97-98% during star&stripe fight, 75% in the war arc, he got stronger

And the worst of this is shigaraki doesn't have any single quirk but is still stronger than prime all might, imagine him with the AFO quirks.
Fax. AFO without the AFO Quirks is a normal human while with the AFO Quirks, he becomes as strong as Prime All Might.
So Shigaraki at FP would 1 shot Prime All Might

I think Hawks the High Pro heroes are overrated because For example you gave more points for endeavor than Shigaraki Awakened Quirk, There were Multiple Pro Heroes and Students, They barely won
