Just a hypothetical.... If this is the same power scaling system used by dragon ball, (say for instance a power level like Magne of 415K in MHA is 415K in DB) then Magne at full power would take down the Namek Saga Ginyu Force. Toga would be able to force Frieza to have to use his third form.
