When you walked down the dock to look for the governors mansion, you panned up towards the wall. The castle looking structure above the wall is the back end of the mansion. And when you were taking pics of the street with the umbrellas, the building at the very end is the front end of it. Also, what you called Pigeon Park is actually called Plaza De Armas. The pigeon park is in another location where you can buy food to feed them.
