One possible way to do this (or maybe a mini challenge within) is by picking x number of books from booktubers with less than like 1k subscribers and then x amount of books from booktubers with more than 100k subscribers or something like that. It could be interesting to see how the recommendations compare and also explore lesser known creators!

Watching Kayla saying she historically likes revenge stories after watching two videos where she says she doesn't really like revenge stories as much as she thinks she does is hilarious to me. This is what happens when you binge a booktuber, hah! Dying to find out what she thinks of Wolfsong, because it was recommended to me in a romance novel subreddit.

Great Video! Piranesi was one of my best books of 2021! But not straight after reading it, it grew on me and over weeks I kept thinking about it and then actually read parts of it again and became one of my favorites.
The. Dedication. I find your content entertaining full stop. But your follow through with all of the concepts you explore makes me a more faithful follower. If I attempted a tiny fraction of the challenges you set for yourself, I would lose interest in under 6 hours and be on to my next sure to fail project an hour after that. ♥️

If I may make a recommendation for a book you might enjoy: Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. It’s a novel about a teenage girl learning about philosophy. I don’t want to give anything away but it has a lot of elements that I think you might enjoy.

Its one of my favorite books as well. And I was like nope she's not going to like it, why the heck is she picking it up. I love watching Kayla's videos but we hardly ever like the same books. But that's ok, I still love her videos, no matter what.
