He definitely made the 80s and 90s vibe with positive energy it's very sad his talents and energy were more less not welcomed or pushed aside in the future times right up to his sad ending which he did not deserve he should still be here with us he gave so much and basically didn't get anything back in return but it was his work and material that he made that matters RIP Richard Simmons

I think they're fairly wrong about olives, especially black olives. They're high in mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats, the best kind that are very good for us.
Well this was a more sane Richard Simmons than the older weird TV persona he became. A lot of the first 15 min is still accurate to science and something still highly relevant, not least in the US but also in Europe and other parts of the World. Although science hadnt got as far as today to realize fat is not really the big problem, but inactivity and high sugar intake. Its just sad Richard Simmons took another path than this more serious TV personality and went for the well, hard to take serious clown-show at least i have seen.
