How to adjust the needle depth

This video will describe how to adjust the needle depth of your Redline Embroidery Machine. If you don't have a needle depth gauge you can use a 6mm Allen range to measure the distance from the tip of the needle and peg of the rotary hook.

HI EC 17 is the color changing overtime. I'd check the color motor as well as the sensor. Make sure there is no obstruction on the color changing mechanism as well. Make sure the computer is also reading a needle on the screen and is aligned with the actual head.
