Thanks So Much!!! Broke a needle inside the hook, it was stuck and followed your instructions after getting it out and my machine is perfect!! It also thought me how to deep clean and oil the entire thing!!! Brother PR1000
Is there a talking or pdf version, that tells what the standard hook and spacing positions are set at from the factor. This was very helpful however I need additional information and will probably be taking my machine in to have it fixed.
If you are still monitoring this video, please tell me what the tool you use to take the screws out is called. A link to where I can purchase it would be awesome! That just looks so much easier! I can't find a tool like that. And thanks for the video!
Hi there, you can purchase the ZSK Stitch Plate Screwdriver here: www.stocks.co.uk/601-003-955-v-m-stitch-plate.html And the ZSK Z-Type Screw Driver here: www.stocks.co.uk/z-type-screw-driver.html We do only ship within the UK though, however if you find your Local ZSK distributor, you can ask them for the part number 601.003.955. Hope this helps!
Hi i have a question, after i finished embroidering, my machine cuts the thread and the thread shoots back up and i have to reinsert the thread into my needle etc. Why is that happening?
Are you supposed to hit ok after reaching 199? Bc when i started spinning the hand wheel the motor angle started going up. So I brought it back to 199 & pressed OK, it told me inappropriate needle position, and it put the needle back in place. Now with the spacing.... what should the # be for hook position & the # for spacing? On your screen it said 3 for the hook position & 4 for the spacing position. Are they the correct numbers?
@@Ms89starif you took out the rotary hook and replaced it and it’s not catching the bobbin that means the rotary hook is not in the right place. You need to adjust it.

Thank you so much! This was a lifesafer!
Help got the bobbin working again but it’s fraying the top thread. Is my hook too close to the needle.

Once you have things set at 199 do you press complete or just put everything back together
Saved my life, thank you so much!

Did you ever figure it out?
In service menu #needle spacing menu, it has buttons for hook and spacing with needle numbers for your machine.
If you see this March 24,2024 can you share what this message is and how to fix it. (Main Motor encoder signal error)
Thank you

I have done exactly everything in this video and now my machine won’t pick up bobbin thread. What can I be doing wrong?
I'm having the same issues, how did you get your needles to pick up the bobbin thread?

I've been struggling 2 months. How do you adjust rotary hook. You cut part of the video out
