They were bred in the SOVIET UNION, not in Russia.
Thank you for watching and the input. Depending where you research, both Russia and Soviet Union are listed as where the breed originated from my findings if i read correct.
Actually reality check Russia is part of Soviet Union in fact Russia actually was the leader that started it

They are not a sub species of german shepherds they are an entire different breed of dog
