When I saw this pop up I just got jealous that you are braving the cold to take a long, long ride. And I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw those flowers blooming. I don't feel as bad now that my winter rides are shorter! I made a similar ride to Punxsutawney years ago on a BMW F800 GS that Kissell's lent me. I went there on a similar route that you did but returned on a southern track through Indiana, Ebensburg, and Altoona. Nice riding out that way. I saw the 91mph rocket indication in the video. That's pretty fast for a Vespa scooter! A great video Andy.
Thanks, Steve. I’ve got a hankering to do a long ride like that, and today’s morning sunshine is only exacerbating the problem! There’s something about the neutral color palette of winter that makes those spring colors pop. How cool to be able to test ride those motorcycles for Kissell’s. I’m sure it continues to give you a wide perspective of different machines and the many different experiences that come with each. The ride to Punxsutawney took me on roads I hadn’t traveled before or since. I’d love to get back that way again to do more exploring. It seems like I’m going to have to consider building in some overnight stays for some of these travels; there often just isn’t enough time in one day to get there, look around, and then get back. Here’s hoping we can both experience some good riding weather in the near future!
I saw this video pop up in my notifications and thought, ‘wow, we had a few nice days and he is getting all over the place’. I really enjoy the animations that Relive makes. Nice video, and thanks for sharing.
I should have put the year in the title so it wasn’t confusing! I agree with you, the ReLive animations are fun to watch. Can’t wait for the blooming flowers and colors of spring!
Brilliant mate! 🛵 I couldn’t help but notice, the second to the last photo of your rear tire. It may just be the light, but I would check the tread on that. Just a fellow scooter rider, helping another scooter rider. Ride safe. Cheers!

Btw, the speed calibration on the ReLive app is way off but it makes me laugh, so I doubt I’ll fiddle with it!

Thanks for the heads up, Doc. You’re probably right. I don’t always check the tread as often as I should! 🤞🤞 Stay safe out there!
@@heckadude gotta look out for one another. Ride safe mate. Cheers!
@@Dr.ModNut I appreciate it. Cheers to you as well!
