My name is Alice and I’m a crafter from the Netherlands living in Germany. I have a website (www.crochething.com) on which I share crochet stitches, tutorials and free patterns. I’m participating in this CAL and in collaboration with Katia I have made a video tutorial of this beautiful pattern. We thought it would be a great tool for people who can use some extra help.
In this video I speak Dutch, but I’ve made sure to crochet very slowly so everyone could see and understand what I’m doing, even without sound. I would love if you subscribe to my UA-cam channel on which I share more crochet stitches and tutorials.

Hallo, bedankt voor deze video! Voor R11 maak je hier de 5dubbele stokjes in de 7dubbele stokjes van R6, en dat is ook wat de instructies zeggen. Maar op de voorbeeldafbeelding lijkt het mij dat deze naar R7 gaan? Persoonlijk geeft dat mij een betere spanning, als ik naar R6 ga trekt het mijn werk nogal samen
Het werk wordt na deel 2 opgespannen/ geblockt. Je kan gewoon doen waar jouw persoonlijke voorkeur naar uitgaat 😉

Row 5 I am getting confused, when I start with the new colour I have my slip stitch then I make another 2 chains in the same hole, then do I increase a stitch after every six stitches ? and how many stitches should I have because the row after it isn’t working out

I am seriously thinking of crocheting this beauty in one colour, not white but either a very very light blue or pink for myself. What do you think. I can understand you fine as I was born in Castricum N Holland in 1951 and we left for Victoria Australia 🇦🇺 in 1958. My first language is becoming so much easier to hear, understand, read and write too.

Wat jij zelf prettiger vindt werken. Sommigen werken het liefst de draadjes meteen weg, ik zelf haak liever door en werk de draadjes aan het eind pas weg 😉
