Good job on your first build mate, was nice to see the trial and error we all endure! 🤣
Thank you much! 😂❤️
I’ve got a similar setup myself but mine was upgrade from a prebuilt with a 3700x and a 2060 with 16gb of 2600 RAM to now a 5700x, 3060ti, 32gb 3600mhz RAM with an AIO on the processor.
That's quite the upgrade into a beast setup 🔥 Congrats 👏
I'm glad you got it bro ☺️
Me too!

Sweet deh❤
sick build bro
Thank you 😁
Congratulations on da pc
Thank you 🙏
did you have to do a bios update or did the cpu work straight away?
didn't have to update, CPU worked no problem
most motherboards now come with the BIOS updated, so don't need to do it manually
First thing is that's awesome but please tell me there was thermal past on that cpu cooler it would suck to have to have to go back
Yeah the thermal paste was pre applied no need to worry 🤝🏽
Congrats ❤️🤧
Thank you 🫶🏽
Finally I’m so proud of you papì 😊❤
I’m Proud of me too 🥹
@@PurgeGaming-Live u better be 😌
🤧💜
Better streams can't wait
No cap 🔥
Let’s go 🔥
Wiggling the mobo around in the case so much seems like a bad idea, the standoffs might scratch the connections on the back, otherwise cool video
It looks like I’m wiggling it aggressively because the video is in 10x speed but i can assure you the mobo wasn’t scratched and everything is working fine.
Hi i would like to do the same config 7 5700x processor GIGABYTE B550 AORUS elite v2 my question and is it three components and directly compatible is what frequency 3600MHZ and accepted by processor and motherboard just a question to be ? thanks to you :)
all parts are compatible and should work just fine, and yes the processor accepts 3600mhz
thank you very much friend
What Ram did you use and was it cl18 3600 MHz
yes 3600 cl18
You dont need bios update with that r7 5700x,?
it depends on the motherboard that you get, thankfully my motherboard didn’t need that!😁
You did very well for a noob 👀🤣
I used all my brain power to do it 🌚🤣
where did u buy the parts?
bought some on amazon and the rest on newegg
Congrats potato
Thank you mah brudda
It’s the hands for me ☕️
🌚
I have the same board, v1.1. I ask, does your video card work in 16x? because for me it only works 8x, and I don't have any m2 installed, to share... or maybe someone can help me with an opinion. Thanks. I say in advance that I have a 5900x and a 6800xt...
Yea my card works in 16x, did you install your card in the top pcie slot?
@@PurgeGaming-Live yes , offcourse , and tnk s for answer.
@@mihaiciornei5648 there's another way to set it in the bios of the motherboard
@@PurgeGaming-Live ok....... how?
Before i say how, have you tried updating the bios?
Is this the phanteks 360a?
Yeah it is!
WHAT ABOUT THE THERMAL PASTE
thermal paste came pre-applied on the CPU cooler
Damnn purge I can’t do that lol
I didn’t know how to do it either but i learned through research
@@PurgeGaming-Live 🐐
What's your temps with this cooler?
55 to 60 when playing games
@@PurgeGaming-Live Great got it ordered my old 120 aio is awful lol
@@JS-lv5pn funny thing is i was thinking about getting a 120 aio myself but i just opted for the air cooler because I didn’t wanna deal with potential pump failure somewhere along it’s lifespan
@@JS-lv5pn the deepcool ak620 is alot better than the ak400 if you have the clearance and the money
@@PurgeGaming-Live Yeah my cooler is old like h60 2017 old lol its time to let it go.
Thermal paste?
thermal paste came pre applied on the cpu cooler
@@PurgeGaming-Live Ah
God did!!!
Indeed he did! 💜
how long does it take you to build this?
Took me an hour
No paste on CPU?
thermal paste comes pre-applied on the CPU cooler
You didn’t put any thermal past on the cpu
cooler has thermal paste pre-applied
is ryzen 7 5700X good? it's like what intel?
yeah its great I have no issues, handles every task that I throw at it like a champ
you lost me at that intel part, what do you mean\ what are you asking?
@@PurgeGaming-Live I mean ryzen 7 5700X like for example intel i5 - 11400F or higher?
@@PurgeGaming-Live bc I am about to buy pc in shortly
@@m3rzost well i usually see them compare it to the intel i5 12600k so I guess it’s on par with that
Noice
LMAOOO THE MASK 😂😂😂
🌚
Am i tripping or did he not put thermal paste?
Thermal paste comes pre applied, fret not 👍🏼
Bro you forgot thermal paste
Thermal paste comes pre installed with the cpu cooler
@@PurgeGaming-Live oh yes ,i forgot

Yeah that's pretty noob. You don't put the CPU in before you change the cooling brackets for the chip. You don't do anything before you fit the motherboard, and you start with need and need nots with the case first.
Credit: the 5700x is a fantastic budget processor, right now 2024 & in 2024 I'd go with something different than the 3060ti, back then it made complete sense. My daughter's rig is a 5700x with a 3060ti.
Bad motherboard selection, brand and ITX. Fastening the cooler to the socket, too many turns on each screw, but looks like the right pattern. And did I see no thermal paste on the tower cooler to the cpu? And if there was some, you wipe that off and put on better paste.
Credit: T-Force RAM is good stuff for the money, and he put them in the right slots. I went GSkill Trident Z Neo with mine. Just want the better chip silicone. Don't cheap out on your RAM; it ain't worth it.
And now the NVME after the cooler and RAM? Ouch, and with ITX, no room for a board that's 4 layer instead of 6 for a better heatsink on that NVME - probably on a Gen 4. This is going to be a hot running little bastard. (NVME and Mobo).
Then fitting the motherboard into the case pushing on the tower cooler to get the back panel to seat. Hell no. Why you secure the board before any of this.
Credit: Don't know what those case fans are, but it looks like he's running a partially negative system. Get the exhaust to, well, exhaust, but also help your intakes. Case is junk though.
Cable management is too early. Yeah, you want to look good, but you don't want to spend a half hour cutting zip-ties, then diagnosing a problem, then securing them again. Tons of people want to cable manage what you can't see anyway. You'll save yourself some time, not managing until the system is up and stable, and then doing minimal management. But the UA-cam experts say it's gotta be perfect so... Wait till you upgrade/have to work on it. You'll see.
This is a budget rig, right? Custom purple cables? How much money did you spend on those when you could have put, I don't know 75 bucks into a better MOBO? If those came with the power supply, I retract that.
Credit: Heh we have the same brand of 3060ti to the T. Hot bastards, aren't they? Run Afterburner if you don't. Set up a custom fan curve. BIG help as those things run hot out of the box.
Nope: Power cable to your GPU is the LAST thing you plug in. Needs to be seated correctly, and when your screwing around with other stuff during assembly, you don't want to snag it and torque your PCIE slot (or card) by accident. Those Gigabyte cards are brittle one the 'male' side. All cables into the PSU first, then route them to MOBO/GPU/etc.
Factory (black) PSU cables to (purple) You really want to avoid that, extensions that is. Eliminating extra connectors saves diagnostic time and lots of other trouble. You want it to look good, or, do you want it to run good?
Maybe it's the angle of the camera but that 'first boot' the angle on that GPU power connector looks dangerous. Even after, looks like too much downward force on the connector. Don't ever get a 4090 (like my dumb self) you'll start a fire.
Hey it might sound like I'm being hard on you, but if you are a nub and you did this yourself, you made a better go of it than I did 35 years ago. Good RAM, GPU, Processor selection for the time. And what, a year ago that 3060ti wasn't cheap. Good slightly above budget build if you ask me. Wonder after how hot the VRM, NVME and GPU get, because I know that CPU is nice and cool.
I see you having something that can run maxed out with great FPS at 1920x1080, and get away with some 1440 to this day and beyond. If this was your first shot at a rig, and you did this by yourself (building, research, what have you) then you really did great works.
Wish I could show you my daughter's rig.
Asus ROG Strix B550
Gigabyte 3060ti Eagle cooling (same as yours)
GSkill Trident Z Neo DDR4 32gig
Samsung 2tb 980 NVME with Gas vapor heatsink
Corsair 850 Gold Power supply (I know, don't need that much, but for the next rig maybe)
Arctic Freezer 2 AIO cooler (Way overkill, but my daughter had to have bigger fans than me, and useful in the future)
Thermalright Core P3 Case
Kryonaut Thermal Grizzly paste on all heatsinks.
Nothing, and I mean nothing under max load for hours gets above 62C. She runs it 1920x1080. Guessing you might do the same bearing in mind you might be college or apartment and built the ITX for space.
Edit: Oh, and thumbs up.
Thank you for the in depth analysis!
And yes it was my very first time building, didn't have any experience prior to this. All research and building was done by me! I know I could’ve gotten a better gpu but at the time the gpu market was really bad (I got the 3060ti for about $450 at the time). As for cable management that was done after first boot and diagnostics. Cable management is shown first in the video due to the power of editing!😂🙌🏽. Also the video is sped like 4x or more so motherboard insertion, etc looks a lot more aggressive than it was in real time. As for temps everything stays cool… Ive never seen the temps of my nvme go over 40!
-- Well as salty as I seemed I'm not. I stand behind you did GREAT work for your first time out.
And everyone does things a little differently. Been doing this a long time, and I get yelled at by a friend of me, this old woman that's been doing it 20 years longer. We both know what we're doing, but we do it our way and yell at each other. Kinda like a Ford/Chevy argument :D
Best wishes.
