Hi! I applied through a Program called ConversaSpain (conversaspain.com/) but you can also apply straight through the Spanish Government website NALCAP, (www.educacionfpydeportes.gob.es/eeuu/convocatorias-programas/convocatorias-eeuu/nalcap.html). I hope this helps!
Hi Salihaa, is this your first year as an auxiliary? I’ve applied and been excepted for the program just waiting on where I will be and school placement now. How has your experience been so far ?
Hi! Yes, this is my first time being an auxiliary. Congrats on applying and being accepted into the program 😍 My experience and been interesting, to say the least. There is always something new to learn, so it’s definitely not boring haha I will be posting a video soon to answer your question with details and all soon!
wow i would love to do this in the future! ❤can i ask would you ever be an actual english teacher in spain? or can it only be an aux because spanish isn't your first language? i'm not too sure as to how it works
Hi! I don’t know if you’ll see this, but I loved the video! I have a question about something I’ve been seeing online recently. Im going to be an au pair in Spain for a month…. what racism have you experienced? I’d really appreciate an answer. Thank you so much
do you have to be fluent in spanish? Im wanting to apply but cant speak it - of course before I leave for a few months I would do a lot to learn as much as i can and prepare, though!
Hey how did you find your apartments and would you mind telling us how you found your roommates as well. I’m waiting to receive a placement from them right now so im just trying to figure everything out 😂
Hii, I found my apartment through a platform called Idealista! I will be making a video about this soon as well! As for my roommate, I applied through a program called ConversaSpain and I found my roomate through there. You can always join FB groups for Madrid housing or Auxes in Madrid and you can also find your rommies through there!

do you have to be fluent in spanish? Im wanting to apply but cant speak it - of course before I leave for a few months I would do a lot to learn as much as i can and prepare, though!
noo, you don't have to be fluent in spanish! it's actually recommended that you don't know any so that the kids are forced to practice their english😂
Take a nap for those 2 hrs. 😅
