I seen in other videos that if you add another picture of the item puts you back on top as if you relisted. If you haven't used all 8 pictures. So just adding a new pic sounds super easy. I will have to try that when I start selling. Thank you for ALL of the info it is so much appreciated.

The girl before that said she lost on the candles would be on mecari. They provided her with the tracking number to file a claim mecari could easily have put that tracking in and seen her candles had been delivered and paid her. Mecari is good but like eBay the bigger they get the more problems there is
I would love to see a relist option like Posh has to make it easier to relist.

I love selling on mercari. I didn't realize that mercari declines an offer if less than 25% off. Is there a section in the listing when listing the item or something you just knew about? I do not like the feedback system with mercari as I had a seller cancel an item for me before. No message or anything they just cancelled the item. It did not even look like I purchased the item as it just disappeared in my purchased items. That's the only thing I don't like as how honest are the reviews since you can't really leave feedback in those situations. Besides that my experience on mercari has been pretty amazing!
We really like selling on Mercari. The limit on the offers is automatically set by Mercari. That's why if a buyer wants to send you a low ball offer they send it in a message and not as an official offer. Thanks for watching!!! 💜

Didn’t think of that but yes that can be annoying if you send an offer and then you get another like and have to wait
I dislike not having a way to contact the buyer unless they message you first.

@@SellQuickShipQuick Also several times a potential buyer will like an item. If I already offered someone else a discount I have to wait 3 days to offer this person a discount. If there was a PM option I could offer the person a discount too.
Totally agree! there is so much room for improvement on Mercari.

Thank you for the video! Your platform videos have been very helpful. I didn’t know about the Mercari feature limiting low ball offers. I always counter one time on ebay and if the counter back is still ridiculous than I just decline it to avoid wasting any more time on it. I have noticed that I won’t make any sales for about 2-3 days after I decline (I’m part time, about 200 listings). I’m wondering if you don’t get punished a little for declining on eBay. Just a thought. Thank you :)
Thank you for watching!!! We joke around about the secret eBay algorithm but have noticed some things to be true. When we get low-ball offers, we always counter, even if countering by the same price and allow the buyer to be the one to say no thank you. Lol
Can anyone tell me how to scan a upc code in Mercari to find out how much an item could sell for, or HAS recently sold for? I can't figure out how to search via upc code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
We really only use eBay to check comps and cross post to the other platforms. I don’t think Mercari has the UPC scan function at this time. Manual search will have to do the trick on Mercari unless you want to use eBay as your computer checked and then price accordingly onto Mercari?
I have a question, is that ok to sell a “inspired/copy purses to mercari?
You shouldn't sell counterfeit, but if you are clear in your title and description it shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure not to claim it to be a brand it is not. Hope that helped! Thank You for watching!
