- This High Class Loser and a couple of buddies load up the bikes and head out for Ride 1K In A Day. The goal is to complete 1000 miles or 1628 kilometres in less than 24 hours. This route is all Canada, no border crossing this year.

congrats - thats a long day, good to have some freeways to help burn upsome of the miles.
Long boring high speed highways are the key to success on those 1k rides. Definitely not something I'd be able to complete on the number 3 going through South BC
that's my kinda ride,did you just decide to do it on the spur of the moment or was it planned? I sometimes just go wherever and not think of any destination just GO. Nice round trip though.Way to go.
Pretty impressive bro. My back would have called it quits at 500k lol.
I can only handle 1-2 of those endurance rallies per year. Rest of the time I'm much happier stopping at about 1000km

Thats exactly what it was but instead of for the Iron Butt Association it was for Ride 1k In A Day.
I've done 3 with that company now. I did one with IBA and after submitting all my receipts.... they just never responded so kind of a waste

@@AUTOT3KHCL They can be a bit slow - lots of people submit, and its all volunteer.. I will say though that if you care, poking them to see what's up will usually result in getting a response
