We once went to a special restaurant to chomp on some fried testicles, pity they were out that day. Or rather, good they had none 👍, was the "weird guy"'s idea anyway in our company 😶
I've had lamb fries from a sheep we've harvested. And as Frenchy said, they are a bit salty but they are tender, juicy, flavorful, and as long as you prepare/cook them properly they are amazing.
An interesting idea for a video would be if you did a 'pot luck' of sorts. Write down a bunch of styles/genre(?) of foods, put them in a hat, get Guga, Kent, Uncle Roger, and some other cooks, draw one of the items, and make your favorite dish from that style/genre. Maybe for a Christmas / Thanks Giving dinner thing. Hope I explained that well enough, but love your videos, keep up the good work!
You guys are a riot😂😂😂. I'm Navy Veteran, and my roommate is an Army veteran. We would love to be a special guest on your channel. We're both from Bronx, NY. 🫡
The American school system isn't great, so we barely know out own history. So Thank you Frienchie for bringing those pearls of info, I had no idea that ranching/that genre originated in Southern France and went to Spain then the Americas.
Some more western history...after the USA took over the southwest from Mexico, the original American cowboys were actually former slaves. Ranchhand work was some of the easiest that they could get because they had the skills, including the horse riding. They were pretty amazing too. There is a new movie about the REAL lone ranger, who was in fact a black man. History is awesome 😊
Thank you for this year Chef Brian, i'm just ashamed i haven't found your channel sooner than this year. You have grown so much and you absolutely deserve it! Happy New Year!!!
So much of Food tube has always been so Hollywood, I love that I discovered this universe of real genuine people that you guys are apart of and react to
When I saw this come out, you both popped in my mind to see this. Also, check out them making egg fried rice together. Glad to have found you gents this year as it's always a good time. Hope you both have a wonderful New Year's Eve! Look forward to seeing what's next!
Happy New Year to you both! Thanks for another episode! I'm gonna be up in NY near the end of March, hoping to eat at both of your restaurants, I'm pretty excited.
We gotta get you guys out here to Hill Country in TX. I'll give you a chef's tour of the area. The food out here can be absolutely to die for. Happy New Year guys.
Some day, you will have Uncle Roger and Guga as guests at the same time, while you all watch a Jamie Oliver video. And then the world will end the next day because it will implode the internet.
Another awesome video. I just finished the 6 hour video of you and Frenchie.😱. It was like falling back in love with you both! Keep up the amazing content. P.s. female in the house!
Ribeye is a pretty traditional cut for chicken fried steak and it's absolutely delicious. It evolved out of schnitzel from German immigrants to Texas and the Midwest during the mid 19th century. Double breaded isn't my preferred style, but I guarantee you it's not ruining the steak, especially served with some country gravy (which is basically just bechemel with black pepper)
Definitely check out Kent Rollins, he's awesome. You can even check his Beat Bobby Flay episode, or his stint as Chopped contestant which was interesting and threw people off for sure.
Happy New Year, thanks for all the jokes and reviews. Looking forward to what comes next. Brian, I followed before Frenchie. Does he add spice? yes, but the meal was good prior too, just a bit better. So much fun when you have someone compatible to share snark with.
moin moin Get-Fat-Boys from germany. Something Frenchy has never done in his life? Quite simply "German" cuisine. His great-grandfather, his grandfather and his father would put him through the meat grinder and his mother would do the same. :) have a nice start in the new year.
Dear Chef Brian and Chef Frenchie. I’d probably be more interested in the merchandise mugs if they were more than just a regular mug with a picture. Idea? Chef Brian what is the best selling drink for your sandwiches? Design and sell a merchandise mug specifically for that drink. Frenchy? Totally do a coffee mug that works both as a coffee mug and a French onion soup mug.
This Chef Kent guy is amazing. Thankfully I've grown up in Japan and then rural South Carolina so I'm like the only white guy in California eating "odd" meats like testicles, intestines, beef tendons (one of my favorites), pork and beef feet, sweetbreads, hearts, livers, kidneys, etc. I went to an LA Filipino place (Dollar Hits) and I was the only white guy there, but they just don't know what they're missing tbh. Thankfully I'm whatever the exact opposite of a picky eater is, I'll eat anything. I still prefer vegetarian but I do love all of the "off cuts" of meat usually never talked about. To me they aren't really red meat like normal beef, they taste so different that they're something else.
LAST CHANCE 2 PRE-ORDER "GET FAT" MERCH!

Hope you do more Kent Rollins reactions! I love his stuff!
We once went to a special restaurant to chomp on some fried testicles, pity they were out that day. Or rather, good they had none 👍, was the "weird guy"'s idea anyway in our company 😶
There we go, again. With McBallSacks. Also,
MORE UNCLE ROGER PLEASE.
Thank you and Happy New Years.
Happy New Year!
Kent Rollins also won an episode of Cutthroat Kitchen......I loved that show. I think it was like season 13
I love Uncle Cowboy Kent, would love to see you guys collab with him!
Us too!
@@ChefBrianTsao The image of Frenchie in a cowboy hat just sticks with you.
Waiting for the UA-cam extended culinary universe collab between you, Paul, Guga, Uncle Roger, Joshua Weissman and James Makinson

@christinaandre6286 Oh? What's the title?
Im pretty sure cowboys came from Anotolia and the Levant in the middle east way before french
@TheoRae8289 Lawmen: Bass Reeves. And I was incorrect earlier. It's not a movie, it's a TV series on Paramount +.
😢
Fuckin GREAT ending Frenchie"wait thats the wide cam??? Why do i look like a beached whale??!?!?!"🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Happy New Year and this is a funny video to watch with the full crew in the podcast. 🎉
Old lady viewer, 71, been watching for a long time! Love Uncle Roger I think I found you after watching him.
There is a restaurant in Calgary, Alberta that serve Prairie oysters every fall. It's a huge event and has been going on for something like 30 years.
I liked this channel before, but you've definitely hit your stride with Frenchie! Happy New year fellas

For the wagon wheels, the Remington Carriage House in Cardston AB has a carriage restoration ship that makes wagon wheels.

Let's make a New Year's resolution to give Frenchie more nicknames, because his intro isn't long enough.
Happy New Years Brian and Paul! Love you guys! Can't wait to see what 2024 brings for you guys!
How did it take me 6 months to find this menage a trois featuring three of my favorite content creators??!?!?
I've never noticed the french UH HUH but it's absolutely hilarious! 😂
I had this playing in the background then I heard the Metalacolypse censor and I had to make sure it was still on the video
😁
Love cowboy Kent! We have made many of his recipes out camping and it’s amazing.
Best wishes for 2024 and great luck with the so you wanna get fat podcast, loving both channels.

Happy New Years! 🎉 I cant wait to see what comes from the channel and the podcast in 2024!
Happy New Year from Australia, the land of tomorrow.

Happy New Year to you, Frenchie and the team.
Happy New Year!
Need to make a B.A.A. t shirt with his pic of French phone😅😅😅
To be fair, my Mum's French and I giver her shit about it all the time. As an added bonus her accent is a fun mix of French and Australian 😆
We have a new single out "Eaten by the Liquor" if you're feeling adventurous. Otherwise, happy new years and great vid!
Cowboy Kent is just wholesome content.

i wanna see brian have a similar censor sound to frenchie!
Rochester is Central New York.
"wait, that's the wide cam? why do i look like a beached whale?" that got me pretty good
Guga and Cowboy Kent collab will also be cool too. I'd like to see chef Brian and Frenchie on a hat for sure.
Hope you guys have a happy new years!! 🎉

Cowboy Kent is awesome!
For the Taylor Swiss sandwich do you use NJ Taylor Pork Roll (Aka Taylor Ham)?
i didnt find any urban dictionary entry for b.a.a.
Talk about Argentinian food please!!! We need that episode :) 🤣
I gotta learn how to do chicken fried ribeye steak. it looks like those two combos were meant to be 😍
Absolutely do a collab with Cowboy Kent.
By the way, guys, you're essential !! Thank you
I’m pretty sure Kent made chicken-fried steak and he totally beat Bobby Flay, as far as I can remember
Rochester mentioned 😳
I'd live at Paul's bordello, as long as he kept me fed.
McBallsack LOL
Not upstate, WNY
these concepts are critical
I worked in a restaurant where they said a double hand wash was clean enough to assemble salads. I disagree. Only worked there a couple weeks.
I’m subscribed. Love this channel. I said you would meet Guga . I’m so glad you meet Guga. Need to meet Joshua Wiseman.
I really like how the guests bring absolutely nothing to the table
its kinda crazy how little frenchie payed attention this video lmao
Love Kent, please make a collab happen. But before that, react to a video or 2
He's great
The chicken fried steak looked like a chuck steak cut in half
Cowboy Roger 🤠🧡
Uncle Frenchy needs to happy
Uncle cowboy 🎉🎉🎉
Hard to believe that Taylor Swiss is turkey with Swiss cheese, instead of Taylor ham and Swiss.
I'm not from upstate, I'm from the Hamptons. The Binghamptons
Kent rollins beat Bobby flay when he made a chicken fried steak
He also won chopped..twice and made it to the finals in chopped champions
