Hello beautiful family, little one is getting so big ❤😢 and already an expert like mom and dad , the true way of living, my great-grandchildren are the same age, time goes by quickly, it has been a pleasure watching you and your family grow 👍❤️ greetings from Washington DC.
Matthias, You could give the chickens more protection by making extra hidingplaces in the field and put brenches or something in the ground with old cd's on top. Preditor birds will not land when they feel like someone is watching them (cd's shine/blink in the sun) and the less open a field is the less they will land in the field. They will only land when they are surtain that they can fly up again. They will not risk theire own life for a little bite ;) I've made little wooden tents in the past from pallets. The chickens love them. Especially when I put sand under it. They all would squeeze is to take a dustbath :P
Gratitude for this lovely spring video dear friends. I'm so glad that the chicken coop wheels remained steady and were able to change the location. Viel Erfolg! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland. Bin 82 Jahre und liebe Eure Videos.

I have been experiencing these symptoms on and off for the past 6 weeks too, I don't remember feeling this poorly for this long. I am hoping it is not due to the previous pandemic, spike protein effect, etc. Always a pleasure and a privilege to witness a part of your daily life!

When you mentioned the rooster was not crowing it reminded me of George Orwell's "Animal Farm," the disappearance of the rooster Major disrupts the farm's traditional way of life. Major's nightly crowing signaled the start of the day, and his absence creates a sense of uncertainty and unease.
