Hey! Sorry I’m only just just round to responding to this comment now! Disney want to see not only people with lots of work experience but your genuine character too! Working for Disney is all about creating magic and a good guest experience. So make sure to bring that up in your letter! It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what I included that make me stand out as a lot of it was personal to me. I hope this is of some help though? I might make another video with more details about the program and my application because I’ve been receiving quite a few questions lately ☺️✨🐭

Whether that be guests in the park or other CRPs from the different pavilions who i’llbe working alongside and might end up sharing accommodation with! It’ll be such an amazing experience being able to share stories of traditions/festivals that happen where I live as well as learn about other peoples countries and cultures too! ☺️✨

This is going to come across so horribly and I don't mean it to...so let me first congratulate you. You seem so excited so I'm excited for you. Here's what I don't understand and I'm hoping you have a minute to explain since you explained the process so well (keep in mind this is coming from a Floridian and we don't really care about Disney)...What is so special about this job? The pay isn't that great, you're basically a cashier, and at your age (I'm guessing your age and could be wrong), shouldn't you be starting an actual career or going to university? Again, I'm putting your age around 18-21 and could be off. I apologize if I'm coming off poorly. I really don't mean to. I just want to understand your excitement. I wish you all the best.
Ok so I’ve had this comment from a couple of different people so I understand why you’d think this. So essentially yes the job I’ll be doing in EPCOT will be a standard hospitality job, serving customers, clearing tables, taking orders and payments. However; I’ll be doing all this at the most magical place on earth, and working for Disney which is one of the biggest companies in the world! I didn’t go to University and since leaving school I’ve worked in either retail or food and beverage and so for me, this opportunity to go and work for Disney in EPCOT for the year is absolutely massive! For one, I’ll be working in a completely different country on the opposite side of the world which in itself will be a massive achievement. And I’ll meet people from all over the world everyday, working in a busy fast paced environment and gaining a tonne of experience that’ll look amazing on my CV/ Resume in years to come! And also, apart from all the experience I’m going to gain, Orlando Florida and Disney is my favourite place on earth! So why wouldn’t I want to do it?! I’m sure if you had the chance to work at your favourite place on earth you’d take it!🤩✨
